معیارهای موثر بر تدریس نظری و عملی اساتید از دیدگاه دانشجویان دندانپزشکی گیلان

مقدمه: دانشگاه یکی از مهم ترین و سازنده ترین نهادهای اجتماعی است. لازمه ی رسیدن به اهداف تعلیم و تربیت، داشتن اساتیدی با ویژگی های شایسته است. شناخت معیارهای تدریس اساتید از دیدگاه آموزش گیرندگان، کیفیت آموزش را ارتقاء خواهد داد. از این رو مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین دیدگاه دانشجویان دندانپزشکی درباره ی معیارهای موثر بر تدریس نظری و عملی اساتید در سال 1396 انجام گرفته است.روش ها: این مطالعه توصیفی مقطعی حاضر بر روی 230 نفر از دانشجویان دندانپزشکی رشت که از طریق سرشماری انجام شد. ابزار جمع آوری اطلاعات پرسشنامه محقق ساخته شامل اطلاعات فردی اجتماعی و بخش دوم شامل 16 سوال در رابطه با معیارهای تدریس نظری و عملی بود که روایی و پایایی آن تایید گردید. داده ها با استفاده از آمار توصیفی (میانگین، انحراف معیار و درصد) و آمار استنباطی (اسپیرمن، t مستقل، آنووا، آزمون تعقیبی توکی) از طریق نرم افزار آماری spss تجزیه و تحلیل شدند.یافته ها: 230 نفر از دانشجویان با میانگین سنی 1/7 ±21/35 سال شامل 114 پسر (49/6 درصد) و 116 دختر (50/4 درصد) در مطالعه شرکت داشتند. نتایج نشان داد که در حیطه تدریس نظری مهم ترین ویژگی، داشتن تسلط بر موضوع تدریس (70/4 درصد)، بیان شفاف و واضح مطالب (53/9 درصد) و ایجاد ارتباط بین مطالب نظری و بالینی در تدریس (53/5 درصد) است. در حیطه تدریس نظری کم اهمیت ترین ویژگی استاد تهیه جزوه از مطالب تدریس شده برای دانشجویان (20 درصد) و علاقه مندی به پژوهش و تحقیق (17 درصد) بود. در حیطه تدریس عملی کم اهمیت ترین ویژگی برگزار کردن کنفرانس های منظم بخشی ژورنال کلاب و ارائه مورد (20 درصد) و مهم ترین مشخصه در این حیطه در دسترس بودن استاد در بخش های بالینی از زمان شروع تا پایان بخش (53/5 درصد) بود. یافته های حاصل از مطالعه حاکی از آن بود که بین سال تحصیلی با میانگین نمره عملی رابطه معنی داری (0/001>p) وجود دارد.نتیجه گیری: باتوجه به یافته ها تسلط بر موضوع تدریس از مهم ترین عوامل تاثیرگذار در حیطه نظری است. همچنین علاوه بر توانمندی علمی اساتید، در دسترس بودن استاد در بخش های بالینی می تواند در ارتقاء کیفیت آموزش در حیطه عملی موثر باشد.

Effective criterion on theoretical and practical Teaching from Guilan Dental Students’ Viewpoint

Introduction: University is one of the most important and productive organs. Thus, teachers with desirable characteristics are necessary to achieve goals of education and nurture. Recognizing teaching criterion from students rsquo; viewpoint would improve education. In this regards this study has been done to survey Rasht rsquo;s dentistry students rsquo; viewpoints about the effective criterion on theoretical and practical teaching in 2017.Methods: In this crosssectional study 230 students of Rasht dentistry school that were selected through census method, participated. Data were collected by a researchermade questionnaire including two parts that validity and reliability was confirmed. The first part of questionnaire consist of demographic characteristics and the Second part was about theoretical and practical teaching criteria (16 questions). Data were analyzed using descriptive and analytical statistics, variance analysis test, Turkey test, Independent T test, twotail significant, and oneway ANOVA through SPSS.Results: Of 230 participants with mean age of 21.35, 116 were female (50.4%) and 114 were male (49.6%).The most important characteristics in the field of theoretical teaching were mastery of teaching subject (70.4%) clear and certain speech (53.9%) making realtion between theoretical and practical subjects (53.5%).The least important characteristics in this field were giving pamphlet and booklet of materials taught (20%), interesting in research and study (17%).In practical teaching field the least important item was holding scheduled speechs such as journal clubs and case presentation (20%) and the most important item in this field , being available during clinic hours (53.5%).There was a relation between year of study and mean of practical score (p<0.001).Conclusion: Based on the results,mastery of teaching subject is the most effective factors in theoretical field ,also, in addition to teachers scientific skills,being available in clinical field can be effective in promoting practical field.
