بررسی دیدگاه دانشجویان رشته اتاق عمل دانشگاه علوم پزشکی رفسنجان نسبت به کیفیت کارآموزی بالینی

مقدمه: بررسی کیفیت آموزش بالینی و تعیین عوامل موثر بر آن، در ارتقای کیفیت آموزش بالینی بسیار اهمیت دارند. مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین دیدگاه دانشجویان اتاق عمل دانشگاه علوم پزشکی رفسنجان نسبت به کیفیت کارآموزی بالینی در سال 1398 طراحی گردیده است. روش ها: در این مطالعه توصیفی مقطعی، کلیه دانشجویان رشته اتاق عمل که تجربه حضور در کارآموزی بالینی داشتند به روش سرشماری بررسی شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده ها پرسشنامه ای شامل قسمت اول، مشخصات دموگرافیک و قسمت دوم، 47 سوال در 5 حیطه آموزشی، مربی، عوامل مشکل زا، نظارت و ارزشیابی، و دانشجو بود. داده ها توسط آمار توصیفی (میانگین، انحراف معیار، جدول) و آمار تحلیلی (آزمون مجذور کای، تی مستقل) با استفاده از نرم افزار آماری spss تجزیه و تحلیل گردید. یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد که حیطه های مربی، نظارت و ارزشیابی، و دانشجو در وضعیت مطلوب قرار دارند (به ترتیب با میانگین و انحراف معیار نمره 0/30 ±1/58، 0/44 ±1/64 و 0/40 ±1/64) و بین این حیطه ها فقط از نظر متغیر جنسیت اختلاف معنی داری مشاهده شد (به ترتیب 0/033=p< 0/001 ،p و 0/031=p). همچنین نتایج نشان داد که حیطه عوامل مشکل زا با میانگین (0/37 ±1/90) و حیطه آموزشی با میانگین (0/29 ±1/85) در وضعیت متوسط قرار دارند. همچنین بین حیطه آموزشی با جنسیت (0/043=p) و سال ورود به دانشگاه (0/022=p) اختلاف معنی داری وجود داشت. نتیجه گیری: در مطالعه حاضر هیچ یک از حیطه های آموزش بالینی وضعیت نامطلوب نداشتند. درنظر گرفتن فضا و امکانات مناسب برای استراحت دانشجویان و ارائه کنفرانس، ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ ﻫﻤﻜﺎری ﺑﻴﻦ مربیان، پرسنل و جراحان، در بهبود کیفیت آموزش بالینی موثر خواهد بود.

Survey of Surgical technology Students’ Viewpoints about Clinical Education quality in Rafsanjan University of Medical Sciences

Introduction: Investigating the quality of clinical education and determining effective factors are very important in improving the quality of clinical education. The aim of the present study was to determine the viewpoints of surgical technology students of Rafsanjan University of Medical Sciences regarding the quality of clinical education in 2019.Methods: In this descriptive crosssectional study all Surgical technology students who were experienced in clinical practice were evaluated by census method. The data collection tool was a twopart questionnaire. The first part consist of 5 demographic questions and the second part 47 questions in five educational domains: Instructor, Problematic factors, Supervision and evaluation and Student. Data were analyzed using descriptive (mean, standard deviation, and table) and analytical statistics (Chisquare test, independent ttest) through SPSS.Results: Results show that domains of instructor, supervision and evaluation, and student were in good condition (with mean and SD of 1.58 ±0.30, 1.64 ±0.44 and 1.64 ±0.40, respectively) and there was a significant difference only in terms of gender (p=0.033, p<0.001 and p=0.031, respectively). Problematic factors rsquo; domain with mean score of 1.90 ±0.37 and educational domain with mean score of 1.85 ±0.29 were in moderate condition. Also, there was significant difference among educational domain, gender (p=0.023) and year of entry into university (p=0.022).Conclusion: In the present study, none of the clinical education dimensions was in desirable situation. Considering the appropriate space and facilities for students rsquo; rest and conference presentations, greater communication between instructors, staff, and surgeons will improve the quality of clinical education.
