روان سنجی پرسشنامه آمادگی ورود به دوره ی انترنی در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شیراز

مقدمه: برای کسب مهارت های بالینی دانشجویان پزشکی در دوره انترنی لازم است برنامه ریزی آموزشی مناسب طراحی گردد. این مطالعه به‌منظور روان‌سنجی پرسشنامه آمادگی ورود به دوره انترنی در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شیراز در سال 1394 انجام گرفت.روش‌ها: این مطالعه مقطعی بر روی انترن های دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شیراز به روش نمونه گیری در دسترس اجرا گردید. ابزار اولیه پرسشنامه 48 سوالی با مقیاس روبریک (rubric)از مطالعات قبلی اقتباس‌شده بود که پس از کسب اجازه از نویسنده اصلی به زبان فارسی ترجمه شد، سپس روایی صوری و محتوایی به ترتیب با قضاوت 10 دانشجو و 10متخصص مورد بررسی قرار گرفت و روایی سازه به کمک تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی و پایایی آن با استفاده از آلفای کرونباخ و test re test مورد تایید قرار گرفت. داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار های آماریspss برای انجام تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی و amos جهت انجام تحلیل عاملی تاییدی تجزیه و تحلیل شدند.یافته‌ها: براساس تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی، 47 گویه در پرسشنامه حفظ و در 7 عامل قرارگرفتند که این عوامل قادر به پیش‌بینی 65 درصد از تغییرات کل مقیاس بود که با توجه به مفاهیم در بر گیرنده، این عوامل شامل وظایف عملکردی، مهارت های کلینیکی و کنترل استرس، مهارت ارتباطی، انجام پروسیژرهای اساسی، خود یادگیری و مدیریت وظایف بودند. ضریب همبستگی پیرسون برای پرسشنامه در این مطالعه برابر0/875 =r، و میزان آلفای کرونباخ آن معادل 0/935 بدست آمد و براساس نتایج تحلیل عاملی تاییدی نتایج مطالعه مورد تایید قرارگرفت.نتیجه‌گیری:نتایج این مطالعه شاهد مناسبی درخصوص استحکام ساختار عاملی و پایایی ابزار آمادگی ورود به دوره انترنی بود. این نتایج می‌تواند جهت سنجش آمادگی ورود به دوره انترنی در دانشگاه‌ها و سایر موسسات آموزشی مورداستفاده قرار گیرد.

Psychometric Adequacy of the Preparedness for Internship Questionnaire in Shiraz Medical Students

Introduction: Acquiring clinical skills in medical internship needs to design appropriate educational planning. The aim of this study was to evaluate the psychometric adequacy of the preparedness for Internship Questionnaire in 2016.Methods: This cross sectional study has been done on medical interns through sampling method in Shiraz university of medical sciences. The Initial instrument was 48item questionnaire with Rubric score adopted from previous studies and translated to Persian after developer rsquo;s permit. Face and content validity of the instrument were assessed by 10 students and specialists. Construct validity was assessed by Explanatory factor analysis and Reliability of the scale was determined by alpha cronbach coefficient and with the testretest method. Data were analyzed by AMOS and SPSS.Results: By using explanatory factor analysis, 47 questions retained in the questionnaire and classified into seven factors .These factors capable to predict 65% of the properties of the total questionnaire. The factors based on their concepts including: Practical tasks, clinical skills and stress control, communication skills, carry out basic procedures, Self learning and task management. Spearman correlation coefficient for this study was ( rho;=.875), and the alpha Cronbach was ( alpha;=.935). Results of the study approved based on the results of confirmatory factor analysis.Conclusion: The results of this study indicated the strength of the factor structure and reliability of the instrument of preparedness for internship and can assesses the preparedness for internship in universities and other educational institutes.
