مدل ساختاری بی علاقگی تحصیلی دانشجویان علوم پزشکی براساس متغیرهای حس انسجام، خوددلسوزی و هوش شخصی

مقدمه:یکی از چالش های آموزش پزشکی، بی علاقگی تحصیلی دانشجویان می باشد. مطالعه حاضر با هدف طراحی مدل ساختاری بی علاقگی تحصیلی دانشجویان براساس متغیرهای حس انسجام، خوددلسوزی و هوش شخصی صورت گرفت.روش ها روش مطالعه همبستگی از نوع معادلات ساختاری بود که تعداد 250 نفر از دانشجویان دانشگاه های علوم پزشکی استان آذربایجان غربی در سال تحصیلی 97 -1396 به روش نمونه گیری خوشه ای چند مرحله ای انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای گردآوری داده ها شامل پرسشنامه های حس انسجام، مقیاس خوددلسوزی، هوش شخصی، خرده مقیاس بی علاقگی تحصیلی و فرسودگی تحصیلی بود. داده ها با استفاده از آزمون ضریب همبستگی پیرسون، بوت استراپ و سوبل از طریق نرم افزارهای آماری spss و amos مورد تحلیل قرار گرفتند.یافته ها: نتایج حاکی از آن بود که متغیر خوددلسوزی و عامل های حس انسجام در تعامل با نقش واسطه ای هوش شخصی در تبیین بی علاقگی تحصیلی دانشجویان موثر است که در مجموع 48 درصد از واریانس بی علاقگی تحصیلی از طریق متغیرهای مدل تبیین شد. اثر مستقیم هوش شخصی (0/27-)، حس انسجام (0/20-) و خوددلسوزی (0/4-) در برآورد بی علاقگی تحصیلی دانشجویان معنی دار بود. اثر غیرمستقیم حس انسجام (0/11) و خوددلسوزی (0/08) با میانجی گری هوش شخصی بر میزان بی علاقگی تحصیلی دانشجویان معنی دار بود.نتیجه گیری: با توجه به اثر غیرمستقیم حس انسجام و خوددلسوزی بر میزان بی علاقگی تحصیلی، به نظر می رسد هوش شخصی ارتباط بین حس انسجام و خودلسوزی با بی علاقگی تحصیلی را تعدیل می کند.

Structural Models of Academic unwillingness based on the Sense of Coherence, Self-Compassion and Personal Intelligence in Medical Students

Introduction: One of the challenges of medical education is academic cynicism. The present study aimed at designing structural model of students rsquo; academic cynicism based on sense of coherence, selfcompassion and personal intelligence. Methods: This is a correlation study via structural equation modeling.Statistical population include 250 medical students of west Azerbaijan in 201718 academic years that have been selected by cluster sampling method. For collecting data, Sense of coherence questionnaire, selfcompassion scale, personal intelligence questionnaire and academic unwillingness subscale were used. Data were analyzed by Pearson correlation coefficient, Bootstrap and Sobel test through SPSS and Amos software.Results: The results indicated that sense of coherence and selfcompassion are interacting with the intermediate role of personal intelligence in explaining the students' academic unwillingness are effective that totally 48% of the variance of academic willingness is explained through the variables of the model. The direct effect of personal intelligence (0.27), sense of coherence (0.20) and selfefficacy (0.4) were significant in estimating students' academic unwillingness. The indirect effect of sense of coherence (0.11) and selfcompassion (0.08) by mediating personal intelligence on the students' academic unwillingness is significant.Conclusion: Considering the indirect effect of coherence and selfcompassion on the degree of academic unwillingness, it seems that personal intelligence modulates the relationship between sense of coherence and selfcompassion with academic unwillingness.
