امکان سنجی به‌کارگیری نظام آموزش مجازی در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی گیلان از دیدگاه اساتید، دانشجویان و کارشناسان ستادی فناوری اطلاعات

مقدمه: آموزش مجازی یک روش آموزش الکترونیکی است که دستیابی به آموزش را برای فراگیران در هر مکانی مهیا می سازد. این مطالعه به بررسی امکان و عوامل تسهیل کننده و موانع به کارگیری آن در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی گیلان از دیدگاه اعضای هیات علمی، کارکنان ستادی فناوری اطلاعات و دانشجویان علوم پایه پزشکی پرداخته است.روش ها: تحقیق حاضر، به روش توصیفی از نوع پیمایشی بر روی 582 نفر شامل 350 نفر اعضای هیئت علمی، 12 نفر کارشناسان ستادی فناوری اطلاعات و 220 نفر از دانشجویان علوم پایه پزشکی در بهمن 1395 تا شهریور 1396 انجام شد. ابزار جمع آوری داده ها، پرسشنامه ای محقق ساخته (40 گویه ) که روایی آن از روایی صوری و محتوایی و پایایی آن از طریق آلفای کرونباخ تایید گردید. داده ها با استفاده از شاخص توصیفی و آزمون t تک نمونه ای (t level=2.5 با توجه به مقیاس لیکرت 4 نمره ای) از طریق نرم افزار آماری spss تجزیه و تحلیل شدند.یافته ها: میانگین متغیر شرایط و قابلیت به کارگیری نظام آموزش مجازی 0/529±3/30 و (8/78= t)، میانگین متغیر زمینه های کاربردی 0/505±3/28 و (8/53=t)، میانگین متغیر عوامل تسهیل کننده 0/504±3/34 و (10/38= t)، میانگین متغیر عوامل محدودکننده و موانع 0/501±3/35 و (10/76= t) و میانگین متغیر امکان به کارگیری نظام آموزش مجازی 0/439±3/32 و (11/15= t) و 0/001=p برای همه موارد بدست آمد.نتیجه گیری: وضعیت امکان به کارگیری نظام آموزش مجازی، از لحاظ شرایط و قابلیت، زمینه های کاربردی، عوامل تسهیل کننده در حد مطلوب و عوامل محدودکننده در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی گیلان بالاتر از حد متوسط بود

Feasibility of Utilizing Virtual Education from the viewpoints of Professors,Students and Information technology Staff (IT) in Guilan University of Medical Sciences

Introduction: Virtual education is an electronic teaching method that provides learners with access to education in every situation. This study examines the possibility, facilitators and barriers of utilizing virtual education in Guilan University of Medical Sciences from the viewpoints of faculty members, Information Technology staff and basic Medical Sciences students.Methods: This is a descriptivesurvey research that was conducted on 582 including 350 faculty,12 IT staff and 220 medical sciences students from January 2017 to August in 2017. The instrument was a researchermade questionnaire of 40 items that its validity was confirmed through face and content validity and realiability by chronbakh alpha .Data were analyzed by descriptive criteria, One sample ttest (tlevel = 2.5 according to the Likert Scale 4 scores)through SPSS.Results: The mean of status variables and the application of virtual education training system was 3.30 plusmn;0.529 (t= 8.78) and the mean of the applied fields was 3.28 plusmn; 0.505 (t = 8.53), the average facilitators of the possibility Establishment was 3.34 plusmn; 0.504 (t = 10. 38), the mean of the barriers and limiting factors were 3.35 plusmn; 0.501(t = 10.76),The mean of the variables of the virtual education system was calculated to be 3.32 plusmn; 0.439 (t = 11. 15) (p = 0.001 All cases).Conclusion: The status of the possibility of using the virtual education system in terms of conditions and capability, applied fields, facilitating factors is in the optimum level and limiting factors in Guilan University of Medical Sciences is higher than the average level.
