مطالعه تطبیقی سامانه اطلاعات طب نظامی در کشورهای آمریکا، استرالیا، انگلستان و ایران

مقدمه: مستندسازی اطلاعات بهداشتی نیروهای مسلح به ویژه در هنگام بحران، برای بهینه سازی مراقبت های بهداشتی ارائه شده و مدیریت فرایند تخلیه مجروحان امری حیاتی می باشد. در این راستا ایجاد و توسعه سامانه های اطلاعاتی به منظور افزایش کارایی، اثربخشی و رضایتمندی مجروحان و نیز ارتقاء کیفیت خدمات بهداشتی ضرورتی انکار ناپذیر است. در این پژوهش مطالعه تطبیقی سامانه اطلاعات طب رزمی کشورهای منتخب با هدف ارائه پیشنهاداتی در جهت بهبود سامانه اطلاعات طب رزمی ایران صورت گرفته است. روش بررسی: پژوهش حاضر که توصیفیتطبیقی بوده که سامانه اطلاعات طب رزمی کشورهای منتخب را با استفاده از کتب، مقالات، مجلات، پایگاه های اطلاع رسانی سازمان ها و منابع الکترونیکی مورد بررسی قرار داده است. یافته ها: یافته های حاصل از پژوهش نشان می دهد که برخلاف ایران، کشورهای آمریکا، استرالیا و انگلستان دارای پرونده الکترونیک سلامت نظامی و پرونده پزشکی الکترونیک سرپایی مختص به خود بوده و از سیستم های ذخیره،بازیابی و تبادل اطلاعات به منظور پشتیبانی از مستندسازی اطلاعات سلامت کارکنان خود در زمان بحران استفاده می کنند. بحث و نتیجه گیری: براساس نتایج حاصل، ایجاد و به کارگیری یک پرونده الکترونیک سلامت نظامی که اطلاعات مربوط به مراقبت های اولیه، ثانویه، دندانپزشکی، بازتوانی و ... کارکنان نیروهای مسلح کشورمان از زمان استخدام تا بازنشستگی و حتی پس از آن را در یک پایگاه داده واحد جمع آوری نماید امری ضروری بوده و به عنوان بخشی از این پرونده باید مستندسازی وضعیت بهداشتی نیروهای مسلح در زمان بحران و در مناطق عملیاتی نیز به صورت الکترونیکی انجام گیرد.

Comparative study of military medical documentation systems in the USA, Australia, the UK and Iran

Background: Documentation of the armed forces rsquo; health information especially during the crises is essential to optimize health care delivery and management of wounded soldiers rsquo; evacuating process. In this regard, developing the documentation systems in order to increase functionality, efficiency, and veterans rsquo; satisfaction as well as the quality of the care is an undeniable necessity. In this research, a comparative study has been conducted on selected countries to provide recommendations for the improvement of Iran's military medical documentation systems. Materials and Methods: The present study was a descriptivecomparative study aimed to assess military medical documentation systems in selected countries using books, articles, journals, and electronic resources of information. Results: Findings indicated that the USA, Australia and the UK, in contrast with Iran, have their own specific military inpatient and outpatient electronic health records, and they use classification, storage, retrieval, and transmission information systems in order to support the documentation of armed forces rsquo; health data in times of disasters. Conclusion: Based on the obtained results, implementation of a military electronic health record which collects all the primary, secondary, dentistry, rehabilitation, and other healthcare data of our country rsquo;s armed forces from recruitment to retirement is necessary. Also as part of this record, electronic documentation of the armed forces rsquo; health information in times of crises and in operational areas must be conducted.
