تعیین اثربخشی زوج درمانگری ایماگوتراپی در کاهش علائم سوءمصرف مواد وکنترل تکانه در مردان وابسته به مت آمفتامین

مقدمه: اعتیاد بیماری پیچیده ای است، امروزه شاهد ورود موادمخدر جدیدی از نوع محرک هستیم که به شدت اعتیادآور و آسیب زننده به دستگاه عصبی و سایر اندام های انسان هستند. لذا این پژوهش به منظور بررسی اثربخشی زوج درمانی با رویکرد ایماگوتراپی در کاهش علائم وابسته به سوءمصرف مواد و کنترل تکانه در بیماران وابسته به مت آمفتامین (شیشه) انجام شده است. روش بررسی: تعداد 30 مرد وابسته به مت آمفتامین به صورت داوطلبانه انتخاب و به صورت تصادفی در 2 گروه 15 نفری آزمایش و کنترل قرار گرفتند. از مصاحبه scidcv، پرسشنامه نیمرخ اعتیاد مودزلی و پرسشنامه تکانشگری بارت برای تشخیص وضعیت فرد به لحاظ سوءمصرف، وضعیت علایم روانی فیزیولوژیک وابسته به مصرف و سنجش میزان تکانشگری در سه مرحله پیش آزمون، پس آزمون و پیگیری استفاده شد. یافته ها: مقایسه نمرات پس آزمون در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل نشان داد که بین دو گروه از نظر متغیرهای وابسته یعنی وضعیت علایم وابسته به سوءمصرف و کنترل تکانه تفاوت معنی دار در سطح 01/0 وجود داشت. به عبارتی پس از مداخله زوج درمانی ایماگوتراپی در گروه آزمایش، هر دو متغیر وابسته کاهش معنی داری نشان دادند. در مرحله پیگیری نمرات هر دو متغیر وابسته، مقداری افزایش را نشان می دادند، هر چند که تفاوت معنی دار با گروه کنترل را حفظ کرده بودند. بحث و نتیجه گیری: یافته های این پژوهش به طور کلی نشان داد که مداخله زوج درمانگری ایماگوتراپی توانسته است وضعیت مناسب تری را در هر دو متغیر وابسته در بیماران حاصل نماید.

Determination of the effectiveness of imago relationship therapy in reducing the symptoms of drug abuse and impulse control in men addicted to methamphetamine

Background: Addiction is a complex disease, and today we are witnessing the arrival of the new stimulant drugs that are highly addictive and harmful to the nervous system and other human organs. Therefore this study is conducted to determine the effectiveness of couple therapy with the imago therapy approach in reducing the symptoms related to drug abuse and impulse control in patients addicted to methamphetamine (Crystal). Materials and methods: Totally, 30 methamphetamine addicted men were voluntarily selected and randomly assigned into two groups of 15 persons. SCIDCV interview, questionnaire of Maudsley addiction profile (MAP) and the Barratt Impulsiveness questionnaire were used to determine the person's drug abuse, the psychophysiological symptoms associated with drug use and evaluation of impulsivity in three stages of pretest, posttest and followup. Results: Comparison of posttest grades in both groups of experimental and control showed that there was a significant difference in the level of 0.01 between the two groups in terms of the dependent variables of the symptoms associated with abuse and impulse control. In other words, after the intervention of imago therapy in the experimental group, both the dependent variable showed a significant decrease. In the followup stage, scores in both the dependent variable showed some increase, although retained the significant differences with the control group. Conclusion: The findings of this study showed that generally the intervention of Imago Relationship Therapy could obtain better condition in both the dependent variable of patient.
