پیامدهای سوانح ترافیکی منجر به جرح و بستری در موتورسواران دزفول

زمینه و اهداف: تصادفات رانندگی در جاده‌ها به عنوان علت اصلی صدمات و مهم‌ترین دلایل ناتوانی و مرگ‌و‌میر در سراسر جهان است. سوانح‏‎ ‎ترافیکی، هشتمین‎ ‎علت‎ ‎منجر‎ ‎به‎ ‎مرگ‎ ‎در‎ ‎جهان و‎ ‎اولین ‎علت مرگ ‌و میر در‎ ‎گروه‎ ‎سنی 15-29 ساله است. تقریباً یک چهارم مرگ‌ومیر در جاده‌های جهانی در بین موتورسواران اتفاق می‌افتد. لذا هدف از این مطالعه، بررسی پیامدهای سوانح ترافیکی منجر به جرح و بستری در موتورسواران دزفول در سال 1397 است.روش بررسی: در این پژوهش توصیفی- مقطعی، پرونده‌های بستری موتورسواران حادثه‌دیده موجود در بیمارستان گنجویان در سال 1397 بررسی شدند. اطلاعات موجود در پرونده‌ها از طریق یک چک ‌لیست محقق ساخته مشتمل بر اطلاعات دموگرافیک و پیامدهای حوادث منجر به جرح جمع‌آوری و مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.یافته‌ها: یافته‌های مطالعه نشان داد، میانگین سنی افراد 16.10±29.24 سال بود. بیشترین تروما به سروگردن (31.8%) و سپس اندام‌تحتانی (30.09%) بود.  جراحی ارتوپدی با 80.8% و ابزار جراحی پیچ‌و‌پلاک با 59.6% بالاترین رتبه را به خود اختصاص دادند.نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به الگوی پیامدهای ناشی از حوادث ترافیکی، در صورت توجه سیاست‌گذاران به امر پیشگیری از حوادث ترافیکی بخصوص در گروه سنی نوجوانان و جوانان، می‌توان از بار کاری متخصصان کاسته و با استفاده از ظرفیت‌های حیاتی بیمارستانی برای موارد ضروری دیگر، گام‌های بلندی در جهت جلوگیری از معلولیت‌ها و سرباری جامعه انجام داد. 

consequences of traffic accidents leading to injuries and hospitalization in motorcyclists of dezful

background and aims: road accidents are the main cause of injuries and the most important causes of  disability and death worldwide. traffic accidents are the eighth cause of death in the world and the first cause of death in the ages of 15-29 years. approximately, a quarter of the world’s road deaths occur among motorcyclists. therefore, the purpose of this study was to assess the consequences of traffic accidents leading to injuries and hospitalization in motorcyclists of dezful in 2018.methods: in this descriptive cross-sectional study, the hospital records of injured motorcyclists in ganjavian hospital in 2018 were reviewed. the information in the files were collected and analyzed through a researcher-made checklist containing demographic information and the consequences of incidents.results: the results showed that the mean age of the subjects was 29.24±16.10 years. the most trauma was to the head and neck (31.8%) and then the lower extremity (30.09%). the orthopedic surgery with 80.8% and screw andplates as its surgical tools with 59.6% had the highest rank.conclusion: according to the pattern of consequences of traffic accidents, if politicians pay attention to the prevention of traffic accidents, especially in the age group of adolescents and young people, the workload of specialists can be reduced and by using the vital capacity of hospitals for other necessary cases.
