تاثیر بلایای انسان ساخت بر تغذیه کودکان: یک مطالعه مروری

مقدمه: بحران‌های انسان ساخت مانند جنگ، گروهای آسیب پذیر خصوصاً کودکان را در معرض مشکلات متعددی قرار می‌دهد. دریﺎﻓﺖ ﻧﺎﮐﺎﻓﯽ ﺑﺮﺧﯽ ﻣﻮاد ﻏﺬایﯽ ﮐﻮدک را در ﻣﻌﺮض ﺧﻄﺮ ﺳﻮء ﺗﻐﺬیﻪ ﻗﺮار ﻣﯽ دﻫﺪ. لذا هدف از این مطالعه بررسی تاثیرات بحران‌های انسان ساخت بر تغذیه کودکان ست. روش بررسی: پژوهش حاضر یک مطالعه مروری است. ﺗﻤﺎﻣﯽ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ‌ﻫﺎ با کلید واژه‌های «بلایای انسان ساخت»، « تغذیه کودکان»، « عوامل موثر» و «سوء تغذیه» در ﺑﺎﻧﮏ‌ﻫﺎی اﻃﻼﻋﺎﺗﯽ ﺑﯿﻦ‌اﻟﻤﻠﻠﯽ و ﻣﻠﯽ در بازه زمانی 1995 تا 2018 ﺟﻬﺖ ورود ﺑﻪ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﻣﻮرد ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻨﺪ. یافته‌ها: از 25 مقاله اولیه ورودی به مطالعه بر اساس معیارهای ورورد و خروج 8 پژوهش اصلی انتخاب شدند و پس از استخراج اطلاعات آنها، مشخص شد که سوء تغذیه برای کودکان در زمان بلایا از اهمیت بسیار بالایی برخوردار است. اطلاعات مستخرج از مقالات مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: در شرایط بحران و بلایا، محدودیت منابع غذایی وکاهش دریافت انرژی شامل ریز مغذی‌ها و ویتامین‌ها، افراد جامعه دچار بحران را مستعد ابتلا به انواع عفونت‌ها و بیماری‌ها می‌نماید و این موضوع موجب افزایش میزان مرگ و میر کودکان می‌شود. بنابراین لازم است که در فاز آمادگی سیکل بلایا با اجرای برنامه‌های مراقبتی و درمانی از آموزش و توسعه دانش مفید در تمام سطوح جامعه برای حمایت بیشتر این گروه آسیب‌پذیر در فاز پاسخ و بازیابی سیکل بلایا استفاده شود.

The impact of man-made disasters on children’s nutrition: A review study

Background: Man made crises such as war expose vulnerable groups, especially childrento a variety of problems. Insufficient intake of some cetain foods exposes the child to malnutrition.The purpose of this study was to investigate the impact of human made crises on children’s nutrition.Materials and methods: This was a review study. All research here Includes keywords like man made disasters, child nutrition, effective factors, and malnutrition in national and international data banks in the period of time between 1995 and 2018.Results: From the initial 25 articles in the study based on input and output criteria, eight main studies were selected and after extracting the data, it was found that malnutrition is very important for children in times of disaster. Finaly, the extracted information was discussed.Conclusion: In the conditions of crisis and disasters, the limitation of food sources and the reduction of energy intake, including micronutrients and vitamins, make crisis stricken people to a variety of infections and diseases, and this increases the mortality of children. Therefore, it is necessary to support vulnerable groups in the response and recovery phase by implementing care and treatment programs  and useful knowledge development at all levels of society in preparation for the disaster.
