بررسی مقایسه‌ای اثربخشی پروتکل یکپارچه درمان فراتشخیصی و مداخله مبتنی بر تنظیم هیجان در مبتلایان به اختلال اضطراب فراگیر مراجعه کننده به یک بیمارستان نظامی

مقدمه: ویژگی اصلی اختلال اضطراب فراگیر، نگرانی افراطی است که به سختی مهار شده، عذاب درون ذهنی ایجاد کرده و زندگی فرد را مختل می‌سازد. هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی اثربخشی پروتکل یکپارچه درمان فراتشخیصی با مداخله مبتنی بر تنظیم هیجان در مبتلایان به اختلال اضطراب فراگیر و اختلالات هیجانی همایند است. روش ‌بررسی: پژوهش حاضر با توجه به هدف، کاربردی و با توجه به شیوه اجرا شبه‌آزمایشی از نوع پیش‌آزمون- پس‌آزمون با گروه کنترل و دوره‌ پیگیری 3 ماهه است. از بین مراجعه کننده‌های واجد شرایط و با توجه به جدول کوهن، 30 نفر با روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی، انتخاب و در گروه‌های آزمایش و کنترل گمارده شدند. از پرسشنامه نگرانی ایالت پنسیلوانیا(pswq)  برای اندازه‌گیری متغیرها و از روش‌ اندازه‌گیری‌های مکرر برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها استفاده شد. یافته‌ها‌: نتایج بیانگر اثربخشی مداخلات در مبتلایان به اختلال اضطراب فراگیر و اختلالات هیجانی همایند بود.بحث‌ و نتیجه‌گیری: مهمترین اشاره پژوهش، کارایی این مداخلات است که در نتیجه آن درمانگران باید سعی کنند با توجه به محدودیت‌های درمان‌های اختصاصی و توجه نمودن به امتیازات این رویکردها، مثل کاربردپذیری در مورد طیف وسیعی از اختلال‌ها و قابلیت فراگیری آسان آن، این روش‌ها را به عنوان درمان‌هایی کارا مورد توجه قرار دهند.

Evaluation of the effectiveness of unified protocol for the transdiagnostic treatment and emotion regulation intervention in patients with generalized anxiety disorder in a military hospital

Background: The main feature of pervasive anxiety disorder is extreme anxiety, which is difficult to control, causes mental torment, and disrupts a person’s life. The aim of this research was a  comparative study on the effectiveness of unified protocol for the transdiagnostic treatment and emotion regulation intervention in patients with emotional disorders comorbid with generalized anxiety disorder.Materials and methods: This is an applied study according to the purpose of assessment and a quasi-experimental pre-test-post-test design with a control group and a follow-up period (three months) according to the method. Among eligible patients and using Cohen’s table, 30 subjects were selected by random sampling and assigned to experimental and control groups. The Pennsylvania State Worry Questionnaire (PSWQ) was used to measure variables and the repeated measures  method was applied to analyzed the data.Results: The results indicated that the effectiveness of interventions in patients emotional disorders comorbid with generalized anxiety disorder.Conclusion: The most important point of the study was the effectiveness of previously mentioned interventions. By considering limitations specific treatments the advantages of these approaches, such as applicability to a wide range of disorders and its easy learning capability, therapists should try to consider these methods as effective treatments.
