نقش مدیریت مدارس در عملکرد ایمنی مدارس ابتدایی استان گیلان

سابقه و هدف: عملکرد ایمنی در مدارس یکی از مهم‌ترین موضوعات قابل بررسی در مدیریت مدارس است که نادیده گرفتن آن موجب بروز خسارت‌های عمده و جبران ناپذیری می‌گردد. در راستای این مساله، پژوهش حاضر به بررسی تاثیر مدیریت ایمنی مدارس از طریق یادگیری، رویه‌های ایمنی و فرهنگ ایمنی بر عملکرد ایمنی در مدارس ابتدایی استان گیلان پرداخت.روش کار: این پژوهش بر اساس روش از نوع توصیفی و از نظر هدف کاربردی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش را مدارس ابتدایی استان گیلان به تعداد 2112 مدرسه تشکیل می‌دهند که از این تعداد 295 مدرسه به‌عنوان حداقل نمونه لازم با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای انتخاب شدند. به منظور گردآوری داده‌ها، پرسشنامه پژوهش شامل 4 سوال عمومی و 62 سوال اختصاصی در اختیار مدیر و معاون (ناظم) مدارس انتخاب شده قرار گرفت. پس از جمع‌آوری پرسشنامه‌ها از رویکرد مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری و نرم‌افزارهای spss و smart pls2 برای تحلیل داده‌های حاصل استفاده گردید.یافته ها: نتایج نشان می‌دهند که تاثیر مدیریت ایمنی و رهبری بر یادگیری و آموزشی ایمنی (0.885)، تاثیر مدیریت ایمنی و رهبری بر سیاست‌ها و رویه‌های ایمنی (0.822)، تاثیر یادگیری و آموزش ایمنی بر فرهنگ ایمنی (0.557)، تاثیر سیاست‌ها و رویه‌های ایمنی بر فرهنگ ایمنی (0.387) و تاثیر فرهنگ ایمنی بر عملکرد ایمنی (0.848) معنادار بود است. هم‌چنین، بیش‌ترین ضریب مسیر غیرمستقیم (0.418) مربوط به تاثیر مدیریت ایمنی و رهبری بر عملکرد ایمنی، به واسطه یادگیری و آموزش ایمنی و فرهنگ ایمنی صورت می‌گیرد.نتیجه گیری: برای بهبود فرهنگ ایمنی در مدارس، باید به دانش آموزان و کارکنان اجازه داد تا در روند تصمیم گیری و اجرای اقدامات ایمنی مشارکت کنند. همچنین، باید مسئولیت کارکنان در ارتباط با ایمنی محیط مدرسه مشخص گردد تا در رابطه با ایجاد و برقراری ایمنی، پاسخگو باشند.

background and aim: safety performance in schools is one of the most important issues that can be investigated in school management, and ignoring it causes major and irreparable damage. in line with this issue, the present research has investigated the effect of school safety management through learning, safety procedures, and safety culture on safety performance in elementary schools in gilan province.methods: this research is based on a descriptive method and is applied in terms of purpose. the statistical population of the study consists of 2112 elementary schools in gilan province, of which 295 schools were selected as the minimum necessary sample using the cluster sampling method. to collect data, the research questionnaire including 4 general questions and 62 specific questions was provided to the director and deputy (moderator) of the selected schools. after collecting the questionnaires, the structural equation modeling approach and spss and smart pls2 software were used to analyze the resulting data.results: the results show that the impact of safety management and leadership on safety learning and training (0.885), the impact of safety management and leadership on safety policies and procedures (0.822), the impact of safety learning and training on safety culture (0.557), the impact of safety policies and procedures on safety culture (0.387) and the impact of safety culture on safety performance (0.848) were significant. also, the highest coefficient of the indirect path (0.418) related to the impact of safety management and leadership on safety performance is made through safety learning and training and safety culture.conclusion:to improve the safety culture in schools, students and staff should be allowed to participate in the process of decision-making and implementing the safety practices. also, the responsibility of personnel related to the safety of school environment should be determined to make them respondent for creating and establishing safety.
