تعیین روابط علی بین مولفه‌های موثر بر توسعه ایمنی و بهداشت شغلی در شرکت های تولیدی با استفاده از تحلیل تم و دیمتل فازی

سابقه و هدف: تضمین ایمنی در محیط کار یکی از وظایف اساسی سازمان دهندگان فرآیند کار یعنی کارفرمایان است. کارفرمایان باید کلیه خطرات و مزاحمت‌های شغلی مرتبط با کار انجام‌ شده را که باعث بروز حوادث و بیماری‌های شغلی می‌شود محدود و از بین ببرند؛ بر همین اساس هدف این پژوهش تعیین روابط علی بین مولفه‌های موثر بر توسعه ایمنی و بهداشت شغلی بود. روش کار: این تحقیق از منظر هدف، کاربردی- توسعه ای بوده و از منظر روش انجام کار آمیخته مبتنی بر روش های کیفی و کمی محسوب می گردد. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل کلیه شرکت های تولیدی شهر تبریز بوده که برای جمع آوری داده ها از دو پرسشنامه استفاده شده است. به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از روش تحلیل تم، تحلیل عاملی تاییدی و دیمتل فازی استفاده شد. یافته‌ها: یافته های پژوهش در بخش تحلیل تم نشان می دهد که مولفه‌های موثر بر توسعه ایمنی و بهداشت شغلی در هفت تم اصلی و سی و هشت تم فرعی دسته بندی می گردد. همچنین مقادیر ریشه میانگین مجذور باقی‌مانده‌ها کمتر از 0.05، ریشه میانگین مربعات خطای برآورد کمتر از 0.09، شاخص نیکویی برازش و شاخص برازندگی تطبیقی بزرگتر از 0.9 و خی دو بهنجارشده کوچک‌تر از 3 برای تمامی مدل های تاییدی محاسبه شده بود که نشان دهنده مناسب بودن  دسته بندی تم های فرعی بر اساس تم های اصلی و تایید تم های اصلی بوده است. نتایج دیمتل فازی نیز نشان می دهد که سه مولفه اصلی سازمان و مدیریت، اقدامات مدیریتی و مکانیزم نظارت و اجرا در گروه علت و تاثیرگذار قرار می گیرند. سایر مولفه‌های اصلی نیز در گروه معلول و تاثیرپذیر قرارگرفته‌اند.نتیجه‌گیری: مدیران شرکت های تولیدی می توانند با تقویت مولفه های سازمان و مدیریت، اقدامات مدیریتی و مکانیزم نظارت و اجرا نسبت به بهبود و توسعه برنامه های ایمنی و بهداشت شغلی در شرکت اقدام کرده و باعث کاهش حوادث گردند.

the causal relationships between the factors affecting the development of occupational safety and health in manufacturing companies by using theme analysis and fuzzy dematel

background and aim: ensuring safety in the workplace is one of the basic duties of the organizers of the work process, i.e. employers. employers must limit and eliminate all occupational hazards and disturbances related to the work done that cause occupational accidents and diseases. based on this, the aim of this research was to determine the causal relationships between the factors affecting the development of occupational safety and health. methods: from the point of view of the goal, this research is applied development, and from the point of view of the method of doing mixed work, it is considered based on qualitative and quantitative methods. the statistical population of this research includes all manufacturing companies in tabriz city, and two questionnaires were used to collect data. fuzzy dematel is used. results: the findings of the research in the theme analysis section show that the components affecting the development of occupational health and safety are classified into seven main themes and 38 subthemes. also, the residuals' root mean square values are less than 0.05. the root mean square of the estimation error is less than 0.09. the goodness of the fit index and the comparative excellence of the fit index is greater than 0.9, and the normalized chi- square is less than 3 for all the verification models, which indicates the appropriateness of categorizing sub- themes based on the main themes and confirming the main themes. fuzzy dematel also shows that the three main components of organization and management, management measures, and the mechanism of supervision and implementation are placed in the group of cause and effect. other main components are also included in the disabled and affected groups.conclusion: managers of manufacturing companies can improve and develop occupational health and safety programs in the company and reduce accidents by strengthening the components of organization and management, management measures, and monitoring and implementation mechanisms.
