تاثیر عوامل فردی و عوامل سازمانی بر اصلاح رفتارهای بهداشت، ایمنی و محیط زیست کارکنان در مدیریت شهری

سابقه و هدف: هدف از این پژوهش بررسی تاثیر عوامل فردی و سازمانی بر اصلاح رفتارهای سلامت، ایمنی و محیط ‌زیست (hse) کارکنان اجرایی شهرداری تهران بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش کارکنان اجرایی شامل کارکنان 137 و خدمات شهری در شهرداری تهران به تعداد حدود 1000 نفر بود. روش کار: ابزار گرداوری اطلاعات در این پژوهش پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بر اساس ادبیات پژوهش بود. تجریه و تحلیل داده ها با روش های آمار توصیفی از جمله نمودارها، جداول و شاخصهای عددی (میانگین و انحراف معیار) و آمار استنباطی از جمله آزمون‌های کولموگروف اسمیرونوف و روش های معادلات ساختاری و شاخص های برازش مدل از طریق نرم افزارهای آماری spss، smart- pls استفاده شد.یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد از عوامل فردی قدرت رابطه بین نگرش نسبت به رفتار و اصلاح رفتار برابر 793/ 0، آگاهی و دانش برابر776 /0  و درک ریسک برابر 779/ 0 محاسبه ‌شده است و از عوامل سازمانی قدرت رابطه بین تعهد مدیریت و اصلاح رفتار برابر  682/ 0، جو hse سازمانی375 /0، فرهنگ hse 0/710 و ارتباطات موثر 330/ 0، محاسبه ‌شده است که مقدار قابل ‌قبولی محسوب می‌شود و نشان می دهد بر اصلاح رفتار کارکنان اجرایی شهرداری تهران موثرند. نتیجه‌گیری: از یک‌سو نیاز است که کارکنان مراحل فرایند ایمنی رفتاری و راهبرد آن را فراگرفته و از طرفی در سازمان بسترسازی برای مشارکت کل سیستم در فرایند ایمنی فراهم گردد که شناسایی عوامل تاثیرگذار بر اصلاح رفتار برای ارتقاء رفتار ایمن در سازمان ها، مقدمه ای برای انجام این مهم می باشد.

the effect of individual and organizational factors on improving the health, safety and environmental behaviors of employees in urban management

background and aim: apart from the economic costs associated with high accident rates, the occurrence of major work- related injuries may also have a serious impact on the internal and external credibility of the organization and its activities and services / products. it seems that the cause of an accident cannot be simply related to a specific action performed by an individual, but rather due to the interaction of different individual and organizational conditions. the purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of individual and organizational factors on the improvement of health, safety and environmental (hse) behaviors of executive staff of tehran municipality. the statistical population of this study was executive staff, including 137 staff and municipal services in tehran municipality with a number of about 1000 people. methods: the data collection tool in this study was a researcher-made questionnaire based on the research literature. to investigate the effect of individual and organizational factors on improving employee behavior, the structural equation technique was used using smart- pls software. results: the results showed that individual factors (attitude towards behavior, awareness and knowledge and perceived risk) and organizational factors (management commitment, hse atmosphere, hse culture and effective communication) are effective in improving the behavior of tehran municipality executive staff. as a result.conclusion: it is necessary for employees to learn the steps of the behavioral safety process and its strategy, and on the other hand, the organization should provide a platform for the whole system to participate in the safety process.
