مقایسه مفهومی: یک نگاه جامع به روش‌های توسعه مفهوم در پرستاری

مقدمه: مقایسه مفهوم یکی از مهمترین و کاربردی ترین روش های توسعه مفهوم و راهی برای توسعه دقت مفهومی و گسترش دانش پرستاری است. دانشمندان پرستاری با مقایسه مفاهیم در زمینه‌ها و رشته‌های مختلف به اصلاح و بهبود نظریه‌ها و مدل‌های پرستاری می پردازند. لذا به منظور دستیابی به دانش مورد نیاز، مرور حاضر به معرفی ویژگی ها و مشخصات این روش می پردازد.روش کار: مطالعه حاضر از نوع مرور روایی است که با جستجوی داده ها از پایگاه های اطلاعاتی pubmed، web of sicence، magiran،  sidو موتور جستجوگر google scholar   بر اساس کلید واژه های مقایسه مفهومی، مقایسه مفاهیم مشابه، توسعه و مقایسه و پرستاری و معادل آن، از سال1990 تا فوریه سال 2024 انجام شد. طبق هدف مطالعه و معیارهای ورود، با حذف موارد غیر مرتبط و تکراری،  12 مقاله مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. یافته ها: مقایسه مفهوم به منظور ترسیم مفاهیم وابسته که برای بیان یک پدیده در رقابت هستند، یا بررسی تغییر مفهوم در طول کاربرد و یا در طی زمان، استفاده می شود. این رویکرد به شناسایی تغییرات درون و بین مفاهیم، افزایش دقت مفهومی از طریق بررسی متون به منظور شناسایی و مقایسه پیشایندها، ویژگی ها و پیامدهای مفهوم کمک می کند. اغلب مفاهیم کاربردی در پرستاری نیازمند مقایسه و تحقیق در زمینه مورد استفاده و مصاحبه‌های عمیق است تا مفهوم را به سمت بلوغ سوق دهد.نتیجه گیری:  هدف تمامی رویکردهای مختلف توسعه مفهوم، افزایش قدرت توصیفی یک مفهوم و حمایت از نقش آن در شکل گیری نظریه است. مقایسه مفهومی، کاربردی ترین روش برای شناسایی ویژگی ها و ابعاد مفاهیم رقیب است. از این رو توصیه می شود به منظور توسعه مفاهیم بالینی در حرفه پرستاری به کار گرفته شود. 

conceptual comparison: a comprehensive look at concept development methods in nursing

introduction: the conceptual comparison method is one of the most important and practical methods of concept development and a way to develop conceptual accuracy and expand nursing knowledge. nursing scientists refine and improve nursing theories and models by comparing concepts in different fields and disciplines. so to gain knowledge in this field, the present review introduces the characteristics and specifications of this method.methods: this present paper is a narrative review, which is done by searching data from pubmed, web of science, magiran, sid, and google scholar search engines based on the keywords conceptual comparison, similar concepts comparison , development and comparison, and nursing and the equivalent terms in farsi, from 1990 to february 2024. according to the purpose of the study and the inclusion criteria, 12 articles were included and analyzed.results: conceptual comparison is used to draw dependent concepts that are competing to express a phenomenon or to examine the change of concept during the application or over time. it helps to identify changes within and between concepts, increase conceptual accuracy through examining the texts to identify and compare the concept’s antecedents, attributes, and consequences. most applied concepts in nursing require comparison and research in the field of use and in-depth interviews to push the concept toward maturity.conclusion: the purpose of all conceptual development approches is to increase the descriptive power of a concept and support its role in theory formation. conceptual comparison is the most practical method to identify the attributes and dimensions of competing concepts. hence, it is suggested to compare clinical concepts in the nursing profession.
