اعتباریابی نسخه فارسی پرسشنامه ذهنی‌سازی در بین زنان شهر پارسیان استان هرمزگان

مقدمه: ذهنی‌سازی، به‌عنوان یک ظرفیت کاملاً انسانی به درک و فهم فرایندهای روان‌شناختی حالات ذهنی خود و دیگران اشاره دارد. دستیابی به تنظیم عاطفی و توسعه مهارت‌های ارتباطی و ایجاد و حفظ روابط سالم در بافت جامعه ایران به‌ویژه در میان زنان امری ضروری است. بنابراین، پژوهش حاضر با اعتباریابی نسخه فارسی پرسشنامه ذهنی‌سازی به‌منظور سنجش روایی و پایایی در بین زنان شهر پارسیان استان هرمزگان بود.روش کار: در این پژوهش توصیفی- اعتباریابی نمونه شامل 400 نفر از زنان 20 تا 60 سال بود که از طریق روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس در شهر پارسیان (استان هرمزگان) در سال 1400-1401 انتخاب شدند. برای سنجش ذهنیت از نسخه ی ترجمه‌شده 8 گویه ای پرسشنامه ذهنی‌سازی (mq) استفاده شد. نتایج با استفاده از ترکیبی از تکنیک‌های آماری توصیفی و استنباطی شامل آلفای کرونباخ و تحلیل عاملی تاییدی استخراج شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار spss26 و lisrel8 تحلیل شدند. سطح معنی‌داری 0.05 در نظر گرفته شد.یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که پرسشنامه از همسانی درونی قابل قبولی برخوردار است و ضریب آلفای کرونباخ برای عامل اطمینان 0.82 و برای عامل عدم اطمینان 0.81 است. نسبت روایی محتوا (cvr) و شاخص روایی محتوا (cvi) با نمره بالاتر از 0.92 و 1 حاکی از مناسب بودن محتوای پرسشنامه بود. نتایج تحلیل عاملی نشان داد که گویه‌ها همسانی درونی و روایی تفکیکی خوبی داشتند و بارهای عاملی بین 0.62 تا 0.78 متغیر بود. ضرایب آلفای کرونباخ برای دو عامل 0.82 و 0.81 بود که نشان‌دهنده سازگاری درونی خوب است. نتیجه‌گیری: بنابراین با توجه به مطلوب بودن ویژگی‌های روان‌سنجی نسخه فارسی این پرسشنامه (8 گویه ای) می‌توان از آن در کارهای پژوهشی و ارزیابی، جهت بررسی دقیق‌تر توانایی ذهنی‌سازی زنان بهره برد. 

validation of the persian version of the mentalization questionnaire among women in parsian city, hormozgan province

introduction: mentalization, as a complete human capacity, refers to understanding the psychological processes of one’s own and others’ mental states. achieving emotional regulation and developing communication skills, as well as creating and maintaining healthy relationships, is essential for social cohesion in iran, particularly among women. therefore, this study aimed to validate the persian version of the mentalization questionnaire through psychometric evaluation to assess its reliability and validity among women in parsian city, hormozgan province, iran.methods: in this descriptive validation study, the sample included 400 women aged 20 to 60, who were selected through the available sampling method in parsian city (hormozgan province) in 2021-2022. the translated 8-item version of the mentalization questionnaire (mq) was used to measure the subjectivity. the results were extracted using a combination of descriptive and inferential statistical techniques including cronbach’s alpha and confirmatory factor analysis. data were analyzed using spss 26 and lisrel 8 software. a significance level of 0.05 was considered.results: the results showed that the questionnaire has an acceptable internal consistency, with cronbach’s alpha coefficients for the trust and distrust factors being 0.82 and 0.81, respectively. the content validity ratio (cvr) and content validity index (cvi) with a score higher than 0.92 and 1 indicated the appropriateness of the content of the questionnaire. the results of factor analysis showed that the items had good internal consistency and discriminant validity, and factor loadings ranged from 0.62 to 0.78. cronbach’s alpha coefficients for two factors were 0.82 and 0.81, which indicates good internal consistency.conclusion: therefore, due to the desirability of the psychometric features of the persian version of this mentalization questionnaire 8-item, it can be used in research and evaluation works for a more detailed examination of women’s mentalizing ability.
