نقش هوش معنوی و فرهنگی در پیش ‌بینی تفکر راهبردی دانشجویان

مقدمه: با توجه به اهمیت تفکر راهبردی، شناسایی و تقویت عوامل موثر بر آن ضروری به نظر می‌رسد؛ بنابراین مطالعه حاضر با هدف نقش هوش معنوی و فرهنگی در پیش‌بینی تفکر راهبردی دانشجویان انجام شد.روش کار: مطالعه حاضر توصیفی توصیفی- همبستگی بود. جامعه پژوهش شامل تمامی دانشجویان مشغول به فعالیت در پارک علم و فناوری و واحدهای فناور وابسته به پارک علم و فناوری خراسان جنوبی در سال 1398 بودند، 144 نفر دانشجو بر اساس جدول گجرسی و مورگان به شیوه نمونه‌گیری در دسترس بر اساس ملاک ورود و خروج انتخاب و به پرسش‌نامه‌های هوش معنوی کینگ (2008)، هوش فرهنگی آنگ و همکاران (2004) و تفکر راهبردی گلدمن (2006) پاسخ دادند. در تحلیل داده­ها از آزمون همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون چندگانه با نرم‌افزار spss نسخه 22 در سطح معنی داری(0.05>p) استفاده شد. یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که بین مولفه‌های هوش معنوی و فرهنگی با تفکر راهبردی دانشجویان رابطۀ معنادار وجود داشت (0.01>p). بر اساس نتایج رگرسیون، هوش معنوی، 52/7 درصد و مولفه‌های هوش فرهنگی 46.7 درصد از واریانس تفکر راهبردی دانشجویان را پیش‌بینی کردند. نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به نتایج این پژوهش می‌توان گفت که از طریق هوش معنوی و فرهنگی می‌توان تفکر راهبردی دانشجویان را پیش بینی نمود، بنابراین لازم است متصدیان نظام آموزشی به نقش هوش معنوی و فرهنگی دانشجویان در تفکر راهبردی توجه ویژه داشته باشند.  

the role of spiritual and cultural intelligence in predicting students' strategic thinking

introduction: due to the importance of strategic thinking, identifying and strengthening the factors affecting it seems necessary. therefore, the present study was conducted to examine the role of spiritual and cultural intelligence in predicting students’ strategic thinking.methods: the present study was a descriptive correlation. the study population consisted of all students working in the science and technology park and technology units affiliated with the south khorasan science and technology park in 2019. 144 students were selected based on the gujrasi and morgan table by available sampling method and the king spiritual intelligence questionnaire. (2008), cultural intelligence of ang et al. (2004), and goldman strategic thinking (2006). in data analysis, the pearson correlation test and multiple regression with spss software version 22 were used at a significant level (p <0.05).results: the results showed a significant relationship between the components of spiritual intelligence and cultural intelligence with students’ strategic thinking (p <0.01). based on the regression results, spiritual intelligence predicted 52.7% and cultural intelligence components predicted 46.7% of the variance of students’ strategic thinking (p <0.01).conclusion: according to the results of this research, it can be said that through spiritual and cultural intelligence, students’ strategic thinking can be predicted; therefore, it is necessary for those in charge of the educational system to pay special attention to the role of students’ spiritual and cultural intelligence in strategic thinking.
