تبیین تجارب زیسته دانشجویان پرستاری در مواجهه با شکاف نظری و عملی

مقدمه: شکاف بین دانش نظری و مراقبت های بالینی، یکی از مشکلات اصلی پرستاری است و دانشجویان پرستاری نمی توانند خود را با این وضعیت وفق دهند. مطالعات انجام شده بر روی شکاف های نظری و بالینی، کمتر به دیدگاه و کسب و کار دانشجویان در این زمینه پرداخته است. تجربیات مثبت یا منفی، بر یادگیری دانشجویان تاثیر می گذارد. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی تجربیات زیسته دانشجویان پرستاری در مواجهه با خلاهای نظری و عملی انجام شد.روش کار‌: در این مطالعه پدیدارشناسی تفسیری، 7 دانشجوی پرستاری، به روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند. داده ها با مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته جمع آوری و با رویکرد دیکلمن تجزیه و تحلیل شد.یافته ها: از پاسخ های شرکت کنندگان، دو مضمون اصلی و هفت مضمون فرعی استخراج شد. مضمون اصلی «انفکاک حرفه‌گرایی در آموزش و بالین» از زیرمضامین «تمایل به روتین گرایی در بالین»، «محدودیت استفاده از دانش حرفه‌ای در بالین»، «کم توجهی به استانداردها در شرایط بالینی» و «ضعیف بودن دانش حرفه‌ای پرسنل بالین» و مضمون اصلی «نقصان در درک متقابل» از زیرمضامین «تفاوت در جایگاه پرستاری دانشکده و بالین»، «جو حرفه‌ای متفاوت در دانشکده‌ها و بالین» و «تعامل غیرحرفه‌ای پرسنل بالین با اساتید دانشکده» استخراج گردیده است.نتیجه‌گیری: فاصله دانش نظری و پرستاری بالینی، تجربیات منفی در شکل‌دهی مهارت‌های اساسی و توانایی‌های حرفه‌ای دانشجویان دارد.

introduction: the gap between theoretical knowledge and clinical care is one of the main problems in nursing and nursing students cannot adapt to this situation. studies on theoretical and clinical gaps have paid less attention to students’ views and business in this field. positive or negative experiences affect students’ learning. this study aimed at the lived experiences of nursing students in the face of theoretical and practical gaps.methods: in this interpretive phenomenological study, seven nursing students were selected with purposeful sampling. data were collected by semi-structured interviews and analyzed with dickelman approach.results: from the participants’ answers, two main themes and seven subthemes were extracted; the theme separation of professionalism in education and the clinic from tendency to routine in bedside, restrictions on the use of professional knowledge in the clinic, lack of attention to standards in clinical conditions and poor professional knowledge of clinical staff, and lack of mutual understanding from differences in faculty and clinical nursing status, different professional atmospheres in colleges and bedside and non-professional interaction of clinical staff with faculty members subthemes.conclusion: theoretical and practical distance have negative experiences in shaping students’ basic skills and professional abilities.
