مقایسه برنامه آموزشی دوره کارشناسی ارشد پرستاری کودکان ایران و دوبلین ایرلند :یک مطالعه تطبیقی

مقدمه: آموزش علوم پزشکی بخشی از نظام آموزش عالی می باشد که کیفیت زندگی و سلامت جامعه را تحت شعاع قرار می دهد. کیفیت برنامه‌های آموزشی پرستاری کودکان در نظام سلامت از اهمیت زیادی برخوردار است، لذا هدف این مطالعه مقایسه تطبیقی برنامه درسی کارشناسی ارشد پرستاری کودکان ایران با دانشگاه دوبلین ایرلند می باشد.روش کار: این مطالعه توصیفی تطبیقی در سال 1400 انجام شد. داده ها با استفاده از الگوی bereday در چهار مرحله توصیف، تفسیر، همجواری و مقایسه تجزیه و تحلیل شد. برنامه آموزش کارشناسی ارشد پرستاری کودکان دانشگاه دوبلین ایرلند و ایران از نظر چگونگی پذیرش، فلسفه، رسالت، جایگاه های شغلی دانش آموختگان، محتوای درسی و ارزشیابی، تحلیل و نقاط ضعف و قوت ارزیابی شدند.یافته ها: برنامه درسی کارشناسی ارشد پرستاری کودکان ایران با دوبلین ایرلند با وجود شباهت هایی که در فلسفه و رسالت دارد دو تفاوت مهم دارد. در ایرلند پرستاری کودکان شامل سه گرایش پرستاری مراقبت ویژه، اورژانس و قلب است، در حالی که در ایران پرستاری کودکان، گرایشی ندارد، همچنین در ایرلند علاوه بر آزمون، انجام مصاحبه و بررسی سنوات و سوابق کاری از اهمیت ویژه ایی برخوردار است، در حالی که در ایران تنها بر آزمون تاکید می شود.نتیجه گیری: در برنامه درسی پرستاری کودکان ایران، سابقه کاری داوطلبان، مصاحبه گزینشی و گرایش های تخصصی کودکان مورد توجه قرار نگرفته، با توجه به اهمیت وجود کودکان سالم و مراقبت پرستاری و بالینی در کودکان بیمار، پیشنهاد می شود مسئولان و برنامه ریزان درسی پرستاری کودکان در این رشته گرایش های تخصصی در نظر گرفته و در شیوه پذیرش این رشته تجدید نظر نمایند. 

comparison of master's curriculum of pediatric nursing in iran and dublin, ireland: a comparative study

introduction: medical science education is part of the higher education system that overshadows the quality of life and health of society. the quality of pediatric nursing education programs in the health system is very important, so the purpose of this study is a comparative comparison of the iranian master of pediatric nursing curriculum with the university of dublin, ireland.methods: this comparative descriptive study was performed in 2022. data were analyzed using bereday model in four stages of description, interpretation, proximity and comparison. the master of pediatric nursing education program of the university of dublin, ireland and iran was evaluated in terms of admission, philosophy, mission, graduates’ job positions, course content and evaluation, analysis, and strengths and weaknesses.results. the iranian master of child nursing curriculum differs from dublin in ireland, despite its similarities in philosophy and mission. in ireland, pediatric nursing includes three majors: intensive care nursing, emergency and heart, while in iran, pediatric nursing has no major. also in ireland in addition to the test interviewing and reviewing years and work history is of particular importance while in iran only the test is emphasized.conclusions: in iranian child nursing curriculum, haven’t been considered the work experience of the volunteers, selective interviews and specialized major of children. considering the importance of having healthy children and nursing and clinical care in sick children, it is suggested that officials and pediatric nursing curricula in this field consider specialized trends and reconsider the method of admission in this field.
