بررسی توان و تمایل مدیریت دارویی و عوامل مرتبط در دانشجویان پرستاری در سال 1401 در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی آزاد قم

مقدمه: مراقبت دارویی جزو عملکردهای مهم و ارزشمند حرفه پرستاری است. کسب مهارت در این زمینه از اهداف آموزش بالینی طی مدت تحصیل می باشد. این مطالعه با هدف تعیین سطح توان و تمایل مدیریت دارویی و عوامل مرتبط در دانشجویان پرستاری در سال 1401 در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی آزاد قم صورت گرفت.روش کار: این پژوهش یک مطالعه توصیفی تحلیلی است که در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی آزاد قم در سال1401صورت گرفت. انتخاب نمونه ها با روش سرشماری انجام گرفت و 127 دانشجوی پرستاری سال دوم تا چهارم با استفاده از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته با هدف سنجش توان و تمایل ایشان در خصوص مدیریت دارویی و عوامل مرتبط با آن مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از آمار توصیفی (میانگین و انحراف معیار) و تحلیلی (آنالیز واریانس یکطرفه و تی مستقل) و با کمک نرم افزار spss نسخه 24 انجام گرفت.یافته ها: میانگین نمرات توان دانشجویان در حد متوسط بود و بیشترین مقدار برای سال چهارمی ها (3/4±0/64) و کمترین مقدار برای سال سومی ها (0/82± 2/97) برآورد گردید؛ در این راستا تفاوت معنادار آماری بین توان و سال تحصیلی وجود داشت (0/05>p)؛ همچنین یافته ها نشان داد که میانگین نمرات تمایل دانشجویان در حد خوب بود و تفاوت آماری معناداری در میزان آن بر حسب سال وجود نداشت (0/05

investigating the ability and willingness of medication management and related factors in nursing students in 2022 at azad university of medical sciences, qom

introduction: medication administration is one of the important and valuable functions of the nursing profession. acquiring skills in this field is one of the goals of clinical education during nursing education. this study was conducted with the aim of determining the level of ability and willingness of medication management and related factors in nursing students in 2022 at azad university of medical sciences, qom.methods: this research is a descriptive-analytical study conducted at qom islamic azad university of medical sciences in 2022. the sample selection was done using census sampling. 127 nursing students from the second to the fourth year were studied using a researcher-made questionnaire with the aim of measuring their ability and willingness regarding medication management and related factors. data analysis was done using descriptive (mean and standard deviation) and analytical (one-way anova and independent t-test) statistics with the help of spss version 24 software.results: the average ability scores of the students were in the middle and it was estimated at its highest value for the fourth year (3.4 ± 0.64) and at the lowest value for the third year (2.97 ± 0.82); in this regard, there was a statistically significant difference between ability and academic year (p < 0.05); also, the findings showed that the average scores of the student’s willingness were good and there was no statistically significant difference in its level according to the year(p>0.05). the highest (3.93 ± 0.68) and the lowest (3.72 ± 0.7) averages belonged to the fourth and third years, respectively. there was also a significant difference in the comparison of averages in the field of willingness according to interest in the nursing profession (p < 0.05).conclusions: the average ability was calculated to be lower than the willingness of the students for each of the studied years. since acquiring the necessary skills in the field of medication management is one of the essential qualifications of the nursing profession, therefore strengthening the positive aspects and correcting the defects of students should be given more attention by clinical educators.
