تاثیر آموزش بر سطح دانش و نگرش دانشجویان پرستاری در مدیریت درد کودکان

مقدمه: برنامه های آموزشی روشی بالقوه برای بهبود دانش پرستاران در مورد درد بشمار می آیند و فرصت مناسبی را برای رسیدگی به نگرش ها و باورهای منفی فراهم می کنند. مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین تاثیر آموزش بر سطح دانش و نگرش دانشجویان پرستاری در مدیریت درد کودکان انجام شد.روش کار: در این مطالعه شبه تجربی از طرح پیش ‌آزمون پس ‌آزمون استفاده شد. نمونه گیری به صورت سرشماری و نمونه آماری شامل 55 نفر از دانشجویان سال سوم دوره کارشناسی (دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی و دانشکده پرستاری وابسته به دانشگاه علوم پزشکی ارومیه) شهر مهاباد در سال تحصیلی 1401 1400 بود. دانش و نگرش نسبت به درد کودکان در دو مرحله قبل و بعد از آموزش بوسیله پرسشنامه ppkaq ارزیابی شد. مداخله آموزشی با استفاده از سخنرانی اصلاح شده و روش تدریس نمایشی ارائه گردید. روایی صوری و محتوایی ابزار و پایایی آن با روش آزمون بازآزمون (0.821=r) ارزیابی شد. ارزیابی داده ها بوسیله نرم افزار spss نسخه 26 و به کمک آمار توصیفی و استنباطی (آزمون تی، ضریب همبستگی پیرسون) در سطح معنی داری 0.05 انجام گرفت. یافته ها: نتایج این مطالعه نشان می دهد که سطح دانش و نگرش دانشجویان پرستاری بعد از آموزش بطور معنی داری (0.01>p) افزایش یافت. میانگین کل نمرات کسب شده توسط دانشجویان پرستاری از 11.02± 34.22 در پیش آزمون به 6.07±56.73 در پس آزمون، افزایش یافت. بین دانش و نگرش رابطه مثبت و معنی داری وجود دارد (0.001>p، 0.632=r).نتیجه گیری: در این مطالعه ارائه آموزش در ارتقای دانش و نگرش دانشجویان پرستاری نسبت به مدیریت درد کودکان موثر بود. توجه بیشتر به موضوع مدیریت درد کودکان در دروس پرستاری و برگزاری دوره های آموزشی و تداوم این آموزش ها تا رسیدن به سطح مناسب و قابل قبول دانش و نگرش، ضروری به نظر می رسد.  

the effect of education on the level of knowledge and attitude of nursing students in the management of children's pain

introduction: educational programs are a potential way to improve nurses’ knowledge about pain and provide a suitable opportunity to deal with negative attitudes and beliefs. the present study was conducted with the aim of determining the effect of education on the level of knowledge and attitude of nursing students in the management of children’s pain. methods: in this quasi experimental study, a pre test post test design was used. census sampling design used and statistical sample includes 55 third year undergraduate students (islamic azad university and school of nursing affiliated to urmia university of medical sciences) of mahabad city in 2021 2022. knowledge and attitude towards children’s pain were evaluated by ppkaq questionnaire in two stages before and after training. the educational intervention was presented using a modified lecture and demonstration method. the face and content validity and reliability of the tool was evaluated by test retest method (r=0.821). data analysis was performed by descriptive and inferential statistical (t test, pearson correlation coefficient) methods through spss software version 26 at a significance level of 0.05. results: the results of this study show that the level of knowledge and attitude of nursing students increased significantly (p<0.01) after training. the average total scores obtained by nursing students increased from 34.22±11.02 in the pre test to 56.73±6.07 in the post test. there is a positive and significant relationship between knowledge and attitude (p<0.001, r=0.632). conclusions: in this study, providing education was effective in improving the knowledge and attitude of nursing students towards children’s pain management. it seems necessary to pay more attention to the issue of children’s pain management in nursing courses and to hold training courses and continue these trainings until reaching an appropriate and acceptable level of knowledge and attitude.
