مزایای نسخه نویسی توسط پرستاران (با تاکید بر مزایای مالی و اقتصادی): مروری یکپارچه

مقدمه: کاهش هزینه های مالی ازجمله مزایایی است که از هم از منظر بیماران و سازمانها مهم در نظر گرفته می شود. هدف از این مرور یکپارچه بررسی مزایای مالی و اقتصادی نسخه نویسی پرستاران برای بیماران، پرستاران و به طور کلی سیستم ارائه خدمات بهداشتی و درمانی است.روش کار: مطالعه حاضر از نوع مروری، در پنج مرحله جستجوی متون، انتخاب متون، ارزشیابی داده ها، استخراج داده ها و طبقه بندی داده ها است. جستجوی مقالات در پایگاه های اطلاعاتی pubmed ، cochrane library و science direct با کلیدواژه های prescription, nurse بدون در نظر گرفتن محدودیت زمانی صورت گرفت. در نهایت تعداد 7 مقاله وارد مطالعه گردید. یافته ها: دلایل تخصیص فرصت نسخه نویسی به پرستاران بسیار است اما عمده ترین دلیل کاهش هزینه های سیستم درمان است. بهبود کار تیمی، کاهش خستگی پزشکان، بهبود کیفیت ارائه خدمات، کاهش خطاهای بیمارستانی، انتخاب صحیح درمان بوسیله بیمار، افزایش دسترسی به تیم درمانی و بیمه درمانی که ناشی از تخصیص وظیفه نسخه نویسی به پرستاران است به کاهش هزینه های درمانی و تقلیل مشکلات مالی سیستم بهداشت و درمان منجر می شود. نتیجه گیری: بررسی مطالعات نشان داد که نسخه نویسی توسط پرستاران به بهبود کار تیمی پرستاران، کاهش تجویز داروهای گران قیمت، مشاوره به بیماران در جهت انتخاب داروی صحیح و استفاده صحیح از آنها و کاهش بار کاری در پزشکان، می شود که می تواند منجر به کاهش بار مالی در سیستم سلامت شود.

introduction: reducing financial costs is one of the benefits that are considered important from the perspective of both patients and organizations. the purpose of this short review study is to investigate the financial and economic benefits of nurse prescribing for patients, nurses, and the health care delivery system in general.methods: the current study is an integrated review research in five stages of text search, text selection, data evaluation, data extraction, and data classification. articles were searched in pubmed, cochrane library, and science direct databases with the keywords prescription, and nurse without considering the time limit. finally, 7 articles were included in the study.results: there are many reasons for giving nurses the opportunity to write prescriptions, but the main reason is to reduce the costs of the health system. improving teamwork , reducing physicians fatigue, improving the quality of delivery services, reducing hospital errors, the correct choice of treatment by patients, increasing access to the health care team and health insurance that is caused by the assignment of prescriptions to nurses, leads to a reduction in medical costs and reduction of health problems in health system. conclusions: the review of studies showed that prescribing by nurses improves the teamwork of nurses, reduces the prescription of expensive drugs, advises patients to choose the right drug and use them correctly, and reduces the workload of doctors, which can lead to reduce the financial burden in the health system.
