بررسی تاثیر آموزش مبتنی بر تئوری رفتاربرنامه ریزی شده بر عملکرد جنسی زنان مبتلا به ویروس پاپیلومای انسانی

مقدمه: بهبود عملکرد جنسی در زنان مبتلا به ویروس پاپیلومای انسانی نه تنها باعث بهبود بقای آن ها بلکه سبب انسجام بیشتر خانواده نیز می شود. لذا این پژوهش با هدف تعیین تاثیر آموزش مبتنی بر تئوری رفتاربرنامه ریزی شده بر عملکرد جنسی زنان مبتلا به ویروس پاپیلومای انسانی انجام شد. روش کار: این مطالعه از نوع مطالعه نیمه تجربی بود که بر روی 60 زنان مبتلا به ویروس پاپیلومای انسانی (30 نفر گروه کنترل و 30 نفر گروه مداخله) انجام شد. تخصیص افراد به دو گروه کنترل و مداخله با استفاده از بلوک چهارتایی تصادفی انجام شد. پرسشنامه اطلاعات دموگرافیک محقق ساخته و پرسشنامه استاندارد عملکرد جنسی زنان rozen(2000) ،که در قبل و بعد از انجام مداخله، سنجیده شد. مداخله آموزشی با روش برگزاری کلاس های آموزشی در دو گروه 15 نفری به مدت 4 جلسه هفته ای یک روز و هر روز به مدت 90 دقیقه اجرا شد. در پایان داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار spss نسخه 26 مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. یافته ها: بر اساس نتایج به دست آمده از مطالعه حاضر، عملکرد جنسی زنان مورد بررسی قبل از مداخله در گروه ازمون  3/6±28/4 بود که بعد از مداخله اموزشی به 5/7±30/3 رسید و نتایج آزمون ویلکاکسون اختلاف معنی داری را در گروه مداخله نشان داد(p=0/001). هم چنین نتایج اختلاف آماری معنی داری بین میانگین امتیازات آگاهی، کنترل رفتار درک شده، قصد رفتاری و عملکرد جنسی وجود داشت بین دو گروه نشان داد(p=0/01).نتیجه گیری: نتایج حاصل از این پژوهش نشان می دهد که با استفاده از آموزش بر پایه تئوری رفتار برنامه ریزی شده که بر تغییر رفتار، تاکید می کند، می توان عملکرد جنسی را در زنان ارتقا داد.

introduction: improving sexual function in women with human papillomavirus not only improves their survival but also increases family cohesion. therefore, this study was conducted to determine the effect of education based on the theory of planned behavior on sexual function of women with human papillomavirus referred to behavioral disease clinics in 2021.methods: this quasiexperimental study was performed on 60 women with human papillomavirus (30 in the control group and 30 in the intervention group). the subjects were assigned to the control and intervention groups using a random quadruple block. a researchermade demographic information questionnaire and rozen (2000) standard female sexual function questionnaire, which were measured before and after the intervention. the educational intervention was performed by holding training classes in two groups of 15 people for 4 sessions a week, one day and for 90 minutes every day. finally, the data were analyzed using spss software version 26.results: based on the results of the present study, the sexual performance of the women before the intervention in the experimental group was 28.4 3 3.6, which reached 30.3 7 5.7 after the educational intervention and the results of the wilcoxon test. showed a significant difference in the intervention group (p = 0.001). the results also showed a statistically significant difference between the mean scores of knowledge, control of perceived behavior, behavioral intention and sexual function between the two groups (p = 0.01).conclusion: the results of this study show that by using education based on the theory of planned behavior that emphasizes behavior change, sexual function can be improved in women.
