ارائه مدلی برای ارتقاء ارزیابی آموزش پرستاری در واحدهای پرستاری دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی: یک مطالعه ترکیبی اکتشافی

مقدمه: پرستاری از حرف پیچیده علوم پزشکی است که در صورت عدم طراحی برنامه های مناسب و با کیفیت آموزشی، خسارات جبران ناپذیری بر سلامت جامعه، اعتبار علمی دانشگاه و دانش آموختگان وارد می کند. این مطالعه با هدف ارائه مدلی برای ارتقاء ارزیابی آموزش پرستاری در واحد های دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی انجام شده است. روش کار: این مطالعه از نوع آمیخته (کیفی کمّی) است و ابتدا بر اساس روش کیفی و مشخصاً بر مبنای روش گرندد تئوری و با انجام مصاحبه با 21 نفر از خبرگان موضوع که به شیوه نمونه گیری هدفمند انتخاب شده بودند، به استخراج و ارائه مدلی برای ارتقاء ارزیابی آموزش پرستاری پرداخته شده و سپس در مرحله کمّی، با تدوین پرسشنامه محقق ساخته برگرفته از شاخص های مرحله کیفی در اختیار 200 نفر از اعضای شورای راهبردی دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی، اعضای هیئت علمی و مربیان پرستاری دانشکده پرستاری و مامایی دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی به روش نمونه گیری خوشه ای متناسب با حجم خوشه ها (بر اساس قانون کلاین ) قرار گرفت. پایایی پرسشنامه از طریق آلفای کرونباخ و روایی صوری آن با استفاده از نظرات خبرگان و روایی سازه با استفاده از تحلیل عاملی تاییدی برای تعیین ابعاد مدل بررسی گردید. یافته ها: یافته های به دست آمده در بخش کیفی نشان داد که ابعاد ارتقاء ارزیابی آموزش پرستاری در واحدهای دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی شامل 6 بعد؛ ارتقاء ارزیابی آموزش پرستاری (پدیده محوری)، شرایط علّی، شرایط زمینه‌ای، راهبردها، عوامل مداخله گر و نتایج و پیامدها و 17  مولفه در دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی بود. همچنین، یافته های بخش کمّی نشان داد که وضعیت موجود در حد مناسبی نبود.نتیجه گیری: به منظور ارتقاء ارزیابی آموزش پرستاری در دانشکده های  پرستاری دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی می توان از مدل موجود بهره گرفت، که مطلوبیت و درجه تناسب مدل ارائه شده از نظر برازندگی مناسب تشخیص داده شد و با اطمینان 95 درصد مورد تایید متخصصان قرار گرفت. 

presenting a model for improving the evaluation of nursing education in islamic azad university units: an exploratory combined study

introduction: nursing is a complex word of medical sciences failure to design appropriate and quality educational programs will cause irreparable damage to the health of the community, the academic credibility of the university and the graduates. the aim of this study was to provide a model for improving the evaluation of nursing education in islamic azad university.methods: the research method in this article is mixed (qualitativequantitative) and first based on the qualitative method and specifically based on the grounded theory method and by conducting 21 interviews with subject experts who were selected by purposive sampling method, to extract and present a model in order to improve the evaluation of nursing education, and then in the quanitative stage, by compiling a researchermade questionnaire based on the indicators of the qualitative stage 200 members of the strategic islamic azad university council, faculty members and nursing instructors of nursing and midwifery of the islamic azad university faculty were selected by cluster sampling that was appropriate to the size of the clusters (according to klein’s law).the reliability of the questionnaire was assessed through cronbach’s alpha and its face validity was assessed using expert opinions and the construct validity was evaluated using confirmatory factor analysis to determine the dimensions of the model.results: findings obtained in the qualitative section showed that the dimensions of improving the evaluation of nursing education in the units of islamic azad university include 6 dimensions; improving the evaluation of nursing education (central phenomenon), causal conditions, contextual conditions, strategies, intervening factors and results and consequences and 17 components in islamic azad university. conclusions: a model was presented to improve the evaluation of nursing education in the units of islamic azad university and the desirability and degree of appropriateness of the model was found to be appropriate and with 95% confidence approved by experts.
