نقش واسطه‌ای هوش شخصی در ارتباط بین عاملیت اخلاقی و مراقبت شفقت ورزانه پرستاران بخش کرونا

مقدمه: مراقبت شفقت ورزانه، بر کیفیت مراقبت پرستاری نقش مهمی دارد و از عناصر مهم مراقبت بیمار محور تلقی می شود. بنابراین پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی نقش میانجی هوش شخصی در ارتباط بین عاملیت اخلاقی و مراقبت شفقت ورزانه پرستاران بخش کرونا انجام گرفت. روش‌‌ کار: روش پژوهش حاضر کمی از نوع همبستگی بود. نمونه آماری شامل 247 نفر از پرستاران بخش کرونای بیمارستان های استان آذربایجان غربی در سال 1399 بودند که به روش نمونه گیری در دسترسانتخاب شدند. برای گردآوری داده ها از مقیاس مراقبت شفقت ورزانه rodriguez ؛ پرسشنامه هوش شخصی mayer ؛ مقیاس عاملیت اخلاقی black و پرسشنامه جمعیت شناختی استفاده شد. داده ها با استفاده از آزمون ضریب همبستگی پیرسون، بوت استراپ و سوبل و از طریق برنامه نرم افزار spss و amos نسخه 24 مورد تحلیل قرار گرفتند. یافته‌ها: نتایج حاکی از این بود که مسئولیت پذیری، فشار گروهی و توجه بیرونی در تعامل با نقش میانجی‌گری هوش شخصی در تبیین مراقبت شفقت ورزانه پرستاران نقش دارند. در مجموع19 درصد از واریانس مراقبت شفقت ورزانه از طریق متغیرهای مدل تبیین می شود. اثر مستقیم هوش شخصی (0/18)، مسئولیت پذیری (0/15) توجه بیرونی (0/17) و فشارگروهی (0/16) در تبیین متغیر شفقت ورزانه معنی‌دار می‌باشند. اثر غیر مستقیم مسئولیت پذیری (2/17 =tvalue) و توجه بیرونی (2/42=tvalue) و فشار گروهی (2/46=tvalue)با میانجی گری نقش هوش شخصی معنی‌دار می باشد نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به اثر مستقیم و غیرمستقیم هوش شخصی و عاملیت اخلاقی بر میزان مراقبت شفقت ورزانه، به نظر می رسد با تقویت هوش شخصی و مسئولیت پذیری می توان مراقبت شفقت ورزانه پرستاران را ارتقا داد.

The Mediating Role of Personal Intelligence in the Relationship Between Moral Agency and Compassionate Healthcare in Nurses Working in the Corona Ward

Introduction: Compassionate care has important effects on patient care quality and is anindispensable element of patientcentered care. The aim of this study was to determine the mediating role of personal intelligence in the relationship between moral agency and compassionate healthcare in nurses working in the corona wardMethods: The research method applied in this study was correlational and of structural equation modeling. Participants statistical of the present study include 247 nurses of corona care units in the west Azerbaijan Province at 2020 years that have been select by convenience sampling. Mayer personal intelligence questionnaire, Rodriguez compassionate healthcare scale, Black moral agency test and demographic questionnaire were used for data collection. The data were analyzed by Pearson correlation coefficient, Bootstrap and Sobel test.Results: The results indicated that responsibility, group pressure and external attribution with the role of personal intelligence are involved in explaining the models of compassionate healthcare in nurses working in the corona ward, in which case the variance of compassionate healthcare in nurses through variables of the model is explained by 19% in total. The direct effect of personal intelligence (0.18), responsibility (0.15), group pressure (0.16) and external attribution (0.17) were significant in estimating compassionate healthcare. Also, the results of the Sobel test showed that the indirect effects of responsibility (tvalue = 2.17), group pressure (tvalue = 2.46) and external attribution (tvalue = 2.42) through personal intelligence on compassionate healthcare were significant.Conclusion: Considering the direct and indirect effects of the personal intelligence and moral agency on compassionate healthcare, it can be concluded that compassionate healthcare can be increased by enhancing responsibility and personal intelligence.
