ارزیابی اثربخشی آموزش دوره احیاء قلبی-ریوی بر اساس مدل کرک پاتریک

مقدمه: یکی از روش های تحقق کیفیت آموزشی در مراکز درمانی، ارزشیابی اثربخشی دوره می باشد. یکی از مهم ترین و کاربردی ترین دوره ها، برگزاری دوره احیاء قلبی-ریوی برای کلیه کارکنان درمانی در سطوح مختلف می باشد.روش کار: این مطالعه از نوع توصیفی و مقطعی بود که بصورت سرشماری بر روی 80 نفر از پرستاران جدیدالورود بیمارستان شهید رهنمون یزد در سال 1397 انجام شد. ارزیابی اثربخشی با مدل کرک پاتریک در 4 سطح واکنش، یادگیری، رفتار و نتایج انجام شد. ابزار مورد استفاده در هر مرحله پرسشنامه روا و پایا بود. گزارش اطلاعات با استفاده از نرم افزار spss ویرایش 21 و به کمک شاخص های عددی فراوانی و درصد انجام گرفت.یافته ها: بر اساس نتایج در سطح واکنش، میانگین سطح محتوای دوره 3.80، مدرس 3.78 و امکانات دوره 3.81 بود. میانگین و انحراف معیار سطح واکنش (0.40±3.79)، یادگیری (3.84±18.21)، رفتار (0.79±4.31) و نتایج (0.22±4.48) بود که در مجموع اثربخشی 85.61 درصد را نشان می دهد.نتیجه گیری: نتایج بیانگر اثربخشی دوره برگزار شده برای پرستاران جدیدالورود بود و به نظر می رسد مدل کرک پاتریک می تواند روشی مناسب جهت ارزشیابی اثربخشی آموزش های ضمن خدمت در حیطه سلامت باشد. پیشنهاد می شود که یادگیری و مهارت های عملکردی پرستاران به صورت پیوسته و با فواصل منظم مورد ارزشیابی قرار گیرد.

The Effectiveness of Training Courses on Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Based on Kirkpatrick Model

Background: Today, organizations for their growth and excellence have a special focus on effective inservice training, which requires the use of educational evaluation. One of the most important and applicable courses is holding a cardiopulmonary resuscitation course for all staff at all levels.Methods: This was a descriptive study that was performed on 80 newly nurses of Shahid Rahnoun Hospital in Yazd. To evaluate the effectiveness of the Kirkpatrick model, four levels of reaction, learning, behavior and results were performed. Data analysis was done by SPSS software version 21 using numerical and frequency indices.Results: Based on the results at the reaction level, the average level of the content of the course was 3.80, the teacher was 3.78 and the facilities were 3.81. Mean and standard deviation of the reaction surface (3.79 ± 0.48), learning (18.21 ± 0.84), behavior (4.31 ± 0.49) and results (4.48 ± 0.22) The overall effectiveness is 85.61%.Conclusion: The results indicate the effectiveness of the course held for nurses and it seems that the Kirkpatrick model can be a suitable method for evaluating the effectiveness of inservice training in the health domain. It is recommended to use uptodate and efficient models such as the Kirkpatrick model in the field of health sciences.
