همبستگی بین متغیرهای دموگرافیک و کیفیت زندگی در دانشجویان پرستاری دانشگاه علوم پزشکی قم

مقدمه: دانشجویان پرستاری، در حال گذر از یک مرحله زندگی هستند که این مرحله می تواند بر کیفیت زندگی آن ها تاثیر بگذارد. در این راستا بررسی کیفیت زندگی این دانشجویان به عنوان آینده سازان جامعه ضروری است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین همبستگی متغیرهای دموگرافیک با کیفیت زندگی در دانشجویان پرستاری انجام گرفت.روش‌ کار: پژوهش به روش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بر روی 194 نفر از دانشجویان کارشناسی پرستاری دانشگاه علوم پزشکی قم در سال 1394 انجام شد. نمونه ها به روش سرشماری انتخاب شدند. ابزار جمع آوری داده ها، پرسشنامه های مشخصات دموگرافیک و کیفیت زندگی سازمان بهداشت جهانی بود. داده ها با استفاده از آزمون های آنالیز واریانس و تی مستقل تجزیه و تحلیل شدند.یافته‌ها: میانگین نمره کیفیت زندگی دانشجویان، 19±65.3 بود. ابعاد سلامت روانی (0.001>p) و کیفیت زندگی کلی (0.004=p)، برحسب گروه های سنی، تفاوت آماری معناداری داشتند. بعد سلامت محیط، تفاوت آماری معناداری برحسب جنسیت داشت (0.048p=). ابعاد سلامت روانی (0.001=p) و روابط اجتماعی (0.015=p) تفاوت آماری معناداری برحسب سال های تحصیلی داشتند. همچنین ابعاد سلامت روانی (0.031=p) و روابط اجتماعی (0.001>p) برحسب وضعیت تاهل، تفاوت آماری معناداری داشتند. بعد سلامت روانی، اختلاف آماری معناداری برحسب وضعیت اقامت در خوابگاه داشت (0.045 =p).نتیجه گیری: با توجه به نتایج مطالعه و مطلوب نبودن نمرات ابعاد کیفیت زندگی بخصوص در دانشجویان دختر، دانشجویان مجرد و دانشجویان ساکن خوابگاه، لازم است برنامه های لازم در دانشگاه ها جهت ارتقای کیفیت زندگی این دانشجویان، از جمله رفع مشکلات دانشجویان ساکن خوابگاه ها پیش بینی گردد.    

The correlation demographic variables and quality of life in nursing students of Qom University of Medical Sciences

Introduction: Nursing students are going through a life stage that this stage can affect on their quality of life. In this regard, it is necessary to examine the quality of life of these students as the future makers of society. The present study was performed with the purpose of determining the correlation between demographic variables and quality of life in nursing students.Methods: Study was conducted as a descriptive correlational study on 194 undergraduate nursing students of Qom University of Medical Sciences in 2016. The samples were selected using census method. Data collection tools were demographic variables and Quality of Life questionnaires of the World Health Organization. Data analysis was performed using ANOVA and independent ttests.Results: The mean score of students’ quality of life was 65.3±19. The dimensions of mental health (P<0.001) and overall quality of life (P=0.004) had statistically significant differences in terms of age groups. The dimension of environmental health had a statistically significant difference in terms of gender (P=0.048). The dimensions of mental health (P=0.001) and social relationships (P=0.015) had statistically significant differences in terms of academic years. Also, the dimensions of mental health (P=0.031) and social relationships (P <0.001) had statistically significant differences in terms of marital status. The dimension of mental health had a statistically significant difference in terms of accommodation in the dormitory (P=0.045).Conclusion: Considering the results of the study and the unfavorable scores of the quality of life, especially in female students, single students and dormitory students, it is necessary to anticipate the necessary programs in universities to improve the quality of life of these students, including solving the problems of dormitory students.
