چکیده
|
مقدمه: فرایند پرستاری بعنوان چارچوبی برای مراقبت های پرستاری، یک ابزار مهم برای عملی کردن دانش پرستاری است که کیفیت مراقبت های پرستاری را افزایش می دهد. مسائلی از قبیل باور و نگرش در اجرای فرایند پرستاری تاثیرگذارند. این مطالعه با هدف تعیین نگرش دانشجویان پرستاری در مورد فرایند پرستاری در دانشکده پرستاری کاشمر در سال 1398 انجام شد.روش کار: این مطالعه از نوع توصیفی مقطعی است که بر روی 96 دانشجوی پرستاری انجام شد. گردآوری داده ها به روش سرشماری صورت گرفت. ابزار گردآوری داده ها شامل پرسشنامه اطلاعات دموگرافیک و پرسشنامه نگرش فرایند پرستاری bowman (1983) بود. روایی ابزار با روش استاندارد backwardforward و پایایی آن با استفاده از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ 0.83 تایید شد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از آمار توصیفی و آزمون های آماری کروسکال والیس و من ویتنی یو استفاده شد.یافته ها: میانگین و انحراف معیار کل نمره نگرش دانشجویان 9.61 ±67.07 بود که نشاندهنده نگرش مثبت آنها نسبت به فرایند پرستاری است. بین امتیاز نگرش با سن، جنسیت، وضعیت تاهل و سابقه کار در پرستاری رابطه آماری معناداری وجود نداشت (0.05

Abstract
|
Introduction: The nursing process as a framework for nursing care is an important tool for practicing nursing knowledge that increases the quality of nursing care. Issues such as beliefs and attitudes affect the implementation of the nursing process. This study aimed to determine the attitude of nursing students about the nursing process in Kashmar Nursing School in 2020.Methods: This descriptive crosssectional study was performed on 96 nursing students. Collecting data was done by the census. Data collection tools included the Demographic Information Questionnaire and Bowman Nursing Process Attitude Questionnaire (1983). The validity of the instrument was confirmed by the open translation method and its reliability was confirmed by using Cronbach #39;s alpha coefficient of 0/83. Descriptive statistics and KruskalWallis and MannWhitney U tests were used to analyze the data.Results: The mean and standard deviation of the total attitude of students was 67.07 ±9.61, which indicates their positive attitude towards the nursing process. There was no statistically significant relationship between attitude score and age, gender, marital status and work experience in nursing (p> 0.05); But there was a statistically significant relationship between attitude score and interest in the nursing field (p= 0.02).Conclusion: Based on the results, most students have a positive attitude towards the nursing process. Students with more interest in the nursing field also have a more positive attitude towards the nursing process. Therefore, it is recommended to use active educational methods to teach the nursing process in academic settings and hospital internships to develop theory and practice.
