شناسایی ابعاد و مولفه‌های افزایش و پایداری تعهد حرفه‌ای در دانشجویان پرستاری: ارائه یک مدل مفهومی

مقدمه: از آنجایی که دانشجویان پرستاری به عنوان نیروهای حرفه‌ای نقش مهمی در سیستم‌های بهداشتی و درمانی دارند و تعهد حرفه‌ای به عنوان یکی از مهمترین عوامل تعیین کننده رفتارهای حرفه‌ای در نظر گرفته می‌شود، بنابراین پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین عوامل موثر بر افزایش و پایداری تعهد حرفه‌ای در دانشجویان پرستاری و ارائه مدل مناسب انجام شده است.روش کار: پژوهش حاضر مطالعه‌ای توصیفی پیمایشی می‌باشد که از لحاظ هدف کاربردی و از لحاظ نوع داده‌ها تلفیقی است. نمونه های آماری 20 نفر از صاحبنظران حرفه پرستاری و 305 نفر از دانشجویان ترم 5 تا 8 مقطع کارشناسی پرستاری انتخاب شدند که صاحبنظران به روش نمونه گیری هدفمند و دانشجویان به روش تصادفی ساده وارد مطالعه گردیدند. ابزار اصلی گردآوری داده ها مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته و پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بود. مصاحبه‌ها با استفاده از نرم افزار maxqda 2020 و داده‌های پرسشنامه توسط نرم افزار spss 26 و smart pls3 مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند.یافته‌ها: پس از جمع آوری داده‌ها و تحلیل محتوا عوامل موثر در هشت بعد فردی، ساختاری، فرهنگی اجتماعی، آموزشی، مدیریتی، اقتصادی، قانونی و معنوی استخراج شدند و با روش معادلات ساختاری تایید و مدل طراحی شد که عامل فردی با بار عاملی (0.99) دارای بیشترین سهم و عامل مدیریتی با بار عاملی (0.74) دارای کمترین سهم در افزایش و پایداری تعهد حرفه‌ای دانشجویان پرستاری بودند.نتیجه گیری: بر اساس نتایج پژوهش و تاثیر تعهد حرفه‌ای بر ماندگاری درحرفه و افزایش کیفیت عملکرد ضروری است که مدیران و صاحبنظران حرفه پرستاری یافته‌های مطالعه را به عنوان چارچوبی در اصلاح و بازنگری برنامه‌ها و سیاست‌های حرفه‌ای مد نظر قرار دهند تا با تربیت پرستاران متعهد سبب اصلاح و بهبود فرآیندهای بهداشتی، مراقبتی و درمانی گردند.

Identify Dimensions and Components the Increase and Sustainability of Professional Commitment in Nursing Students: Presenting a Conceptual Model

Introduction: Since nursing students as a professional force play an important role in health care systems and professional commitment is considered as one of the most important determinants of professional behavior, so the present study aims to determine the factors affecting the increase and sustainability of professional commitment in Nursing students and providing appropriate modeling is done.Methods: The present study is a descriptivesurvey study that is practical in aim and mixed in data. The Statistical samples of 20 nursing experts and 305 fifth to eight semester undergraduate nursing students were selected. The experts were selected by purposive sampling method and students by simple random sampling. The main data collection tools were semistructured interview and researcher made questionnaire. The Interviews were analyzed using maxqda 2020 software and questionnaire data by SPSS 26 and Smart pls3 software.Results: After collecting data and analyzing the content, effective factors were identified in eight dimensions, including individual, structural, cultural, socioeducational, managerial, economic, legal, and spiritual were extracted, and confirmed by structural equation method and a model was designed that individual factor with outer weight (0.99) had the highest share and managerial factor with outer weight (0.74) had the lowest share in increasing and sustaining the professional commitment of nursing students.Conclusions: Based on the research results and the effect of professional commitment on retention and increasing the quality of performance, it is necessary for managers and experts in the nursing profession consider the study findings as a framework for modifying and reviewing professional programs and policies in order to Correction and improve health, care and treatment processes by training committed nurses.
