مقایسه تطبیقی آموزش بهداشت مدارس ابتدایی در کشورهای ایران، کره جنوبی و ژاپن

مقدمه: دانش آموزان به عنوان سرمایه‌های اصلی انسانی هر جامعه بوده و توجه به سلامتی و ارتقای سلامت آن‌ها به عنوان سرمایه‌گذاری برای آینده در نظر گرفته می‌شود. در پژوهش حاضر، هدف مقایسه تطبیقی آموزش بهداشت مدارس ابتدایی در کشورهای ایران و کره جنوبی و ژاپن است.روش‌ کار: این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و توصیفی - تحلیلی بوده و بر اساس روش مطالعات تطبیقی در آموزش و پرورش مطابق دیدگاه جرج بردی انجام ‌شده است. بر این اساس داده‌های جمع‌آوری‌شده در چهار مرحله توصیف، تفسیر، هم‌جواری و مقایسه، مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند. جهت جمع‌آوری داده‌ها، مطالعات گسترده انگلیسی و فارسی از سال 2005 تا سال 2020 با استفاده از پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی و استنادی معتبر ازجمله pubmed، web of science، scopus، google scholar،who و science direct انجام شد. نمونه‌گیری به صورت انتخابی بوده و آموزش بهداشت دوره ابتدایی در کشورهای ایران، ژاپن و کره جنوبی بررسی و مقایسه شد. با توجه به الگوی مفهومی اولیه، آموزش بهداشت مدارس ابتدایی در مولفه‌های آموزش بهداشت جسمانی، روانی و اجتماعی موردمطالعه قرار گرفت.یافته‌ها: در بعد سلامت روان پذیرش دو فرهنگی، روابط خانوادگی، سبک فرزند پروری و در بعد سلامت جسمانی مشارکت ورزشی سازمان‌یافته، رفتارهای پرتحرک در مدرسه، رعایت رژیم‌ غذایی، تعادل و چابکی، انعطاف‌پذیری، قدرت عضلانی، استقامت و در بعد اجتماعی امنیت، انسجام، توانمندسازی و حمایت اجتماعی ازجمله موارد آموزش بهداشت متفاوت بین ایران و دو کشور دیگرمی باشند.نتیجه‌گیری: در ایران به مولفه‌های آموزش بهداشت مدارس ابتدایی در هر سه بعد سلامت اجتماعی، جسمانی و روان کمتر توجه شده است و نیازمند جایگزین کردن مولفه‌های متفاوت ذکرشده یافته‌های پژوهش در سیستم آموزشی بهداشت مدارس ابتدایی و برنامه مربیان بهداشتی مدارس می‌باشد.

Comparative Comparison of Primary School Health Education in Iran, South Korea and Japan

Introduction: Students are considered as the main human resources of any society and attention to their health and health promotion is an investment for the future.In the present study, the aim was to make a comparative comparison of the primary school health educations in Iran, South Korea and Japan.Methods: This research is applied in purpose and descriptiveanalytical method based on the method of comparative studies in education according to the George Bradychr( #39;39 #39;)s view. According to this, the collected data were analyzed in four stages including descriptive, interpretation, adjacency and comparison. To collect research data, an extensive search including English and Persian studies was conducted from 2005 to 2020 using valid databases and citations such as PubMed, Web of Science, Scopus, Google Scholar, WHO and Science Direct.Sampling was done selectively and primary health education in Iran, Japan and South Korea were reviewed and compared. According to the basic conceptual model, primary school health education was studied in the components of physical, mental and social health education.Results: In terms of mental health, bicultural acceptance, family relationships, parenting style; In terms of physical health, organized sports participation, active behaviors in school, adhere to diet, balance and agility, flexibility, muscle strength, endurance; in the social dimension, security, cohesion, empowerment and social support are among the different types of health education between Iran and the other two countries.Conclusion: In Iran, less attention has been paid to the components of primary school health education in all three dimensions of social, physical and mental health and needs to replace the different components mentioned in the research findings in the primary school health education system and the school health educators rsquo;program.
