بررسی عوامل موثر بر ارتباط دانشجو- بیمار از دیدگاه دانشجویان پرستاری دانشگاه علوم پزشکی البرز

مقدمه: لازم است دانشجویان پرستاری به عنوان افرادی که با بیماران تعامل مستقیم دارند، از مهارت های ارتباطی خوبی برخوردار باشند؛ چرا که برقراری ارتباط موثر، سبب بهبود و ارتقاء مهارت های بالینی آنها می شود و برای مراقبت موفقیت آمیز از بیمار ضروری است. مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین عوامل موثر بر ارتباط دانشجو بیمار، از دیدگاه دانشجویان پرستاری دانشگاه علوم پزشکی البرز در سال 1399 انجام شد. روش کار: این مطالعه مقطعی، از نوع توصیفی است که در آن به روش سرشماری، کلیه دانشجویان ترم 3 تا 8 مقطع کارشناسی پرستاری دانشگاه علوم پزشکی البرز وارد مطالعه شدند. ابزار گرداوری داده ها، پرسشنامه الکترونیک محقق ساخته شامل دو بخش اطلاعات دموگرافیک و بررسی عوامل موثر بر ارتباط دانشجو بیمار بود. داده های جمع آوری شده توسط نرم افزار spss نسخه 26 و آمار توصیفی مورد تجزیه تحلیل قرار گرفت. یافته ها: در این مطالعه در مجموع 149 دانشجوی کارشناسی پرستاری شرکت کردند. طبق یافته ها، دانشجویان، عوامل حرفه ای را با میانگین 0.65 ± 3.98 به عنوان بیشترین و عوامل فردی را با میانگین 0.55 ±3.44 به عنوان کمترین عامل موثر بر ارتباط خود با بیمار شناسایی کردند. نتیجه گیری: نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد که بر اساس دیدگاه دانشجویان به ترتیب، عوامل حرفه ای، محیطی، شرایط بالینی، و آموزشی در درجه اول اهمیت و سپس عوامل اجتماعی و فردی می توانند بر ارتباط دانشجو بیمار موثر باشند. مسوولان سیستم آموزشی و درمانی، با برطرف کردن کاستی هایی که در این زمینه وجود دارد، می توانند به بهبود شرایط کیفی آموزش دانشجویان و نیز ارتقای کیفی و کمی خدمات مراقبتی ارائه شده توسط دانشجویان به بیماران کمک نمایند.

Assessment of Factors Affecting Student-Patient Relationship from the Viewpoints of Nursing Students in Alborz University of Medical Sciences

Introduction: Nursing students, as individuals who interact directly with patients, need to have good communication skills, Because effective communication improves and enhances their clinical skills and is essential for successful patient care. The aim of this study was to determine the factors affecting the studentpatient relationship from the viewpoints of nursing students of Alborz University of Medical Sciences in years of 2020. Methods: This is a descriptive crosssectional study in which all 3rd to 8th semester nursing undergraduate students of Alborz University of Medical Sciences were enrolled by census method. Data collection tool was a two part electronic researcher made questionnaire included demographic information questionnaire and assessing the factors affecting the studentpatient relationship. The collected data were analyzed by SPSS software version 26 and descriptive statistics. Results: 149 of undergraduate nursing students participated in this study. According to the findings, students identified professional factors with an average of 3/98 ±0/65 as the most and individual factors with an average of 3/44 ±0/55 as the least effective factors on their relationship with the patient. Conclusion: The results of this study showed that based on studentschr('39') perspectives, professional, environmental, clinical, and educational factors are primarily important and then social and individual factors can affect the studentpatient relationship. The officials of the educational and medical system, by eliminating the shortcomings that exist in this field, can improve the quality of studentschr('39') education and also improve the quality and quantity of care services provided by students to help patients.
