مقایسه برنامه آموزشی دوره کارشناسی پرستاری ایران و استرالیا: یک مطالعه توصیفی – تطبیقی

مقدمه: مقایسه تطبیقی برنامه های آموزشی دانشگاهی، با شناسایی شباهت ها و تفاوت ها، رو یکردهای نوینی برای رقابت بین دانشگاه ها و تضمین کیفیت ارائه می دهد. مطالعه حاضر با هدف مقایسه تطبیقی برنامه درسی دوره کارشناسی پرستاری موناش استرالیا و ایران انجام شد.روش کار: مطالعه توصیفی حاضر، با بکارگیری الگوی آموزش تطبیقی بردی در سال 1399 در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی همدان انجام شد. آخرین برنامه آموزشی و درسی دوره کارشناسی پرستاری، از سایت رسمی وزارت بهداشت و درمان و آموزش پزشکی ایران و سایت دانشگاه موناش استرالیا دریافت شد. داده ها با استفاده از مدل آموزش تطبیقی بردی، در چهار مرحله توصیف، تفسیر، همجواری و مقایسه تجزیه و تحلیل شد.یافته ها: نتایج این مطالعه حاکی از آن است که استفاده از آزمون های سنجش مهارت و صلاحیت بالینی و همچنین برنامه های بین المللی ارزشیابی بالینی از نقاط قوت کوریکولوم آموزشی استرالیا محسوب می گردد. همچنین بررسی و مقایسه جایگاه های شغلی مورد انتظار برای کارشناس پرستاری نشان می دهد که در استرالیا علاوه بر به کارگیری پرستاران در بیمارستان ها دیدگاه های تخصصی تری در بکارگیری فارغ التحصیلان پرستاری دارد. همچنین در استرالیا، پرستاری اجتماعی مانند پرستار مدرسه، پرستار مراقبت در منزل و یا پرستار هماهنگ کننده بالینی جایگاه خود را پیدا کرده است. ارائه واحدهای درسی روابط انسانی، مراقبت های بهداشتی برای جامعه چند فرهنگی، تحلیل و استدلال بالینی در برنامه آموزش پرستاری استرالیا مشهود است.نتیجه گیری: مقایسه برنامه آموزشی کارشناسی پرستاری ایران و استرالیا نشان می دهد کوریکولوم آموزشی استرالیا نسبت به ایران برتری هایی دارد. ادغام عمودی دانش و ارتباط منطقی بین دروس ارائه شده، قرار دادن واحدهای درسی در جهت توانمند ساختن دانشجویان در حیطه های تفکر خلاق و نقادانه، روابط انسانی، کار در جوامع مختلف و همچنین انجام مصاحبه در جهت بررسی توان ارتباطی و سطح علاقه افراد قبل از ورود به حیطه پرستاری از نقاط قوت برنامه آموزشی استرالیا یه شمار می رود.

Comparative Study of Nursing Program in Iran and Australia: A descriptive-comparative study

Introduction: Comparative comparison of university educational programs, by identifying similarities and differences, offers new approaches to competition between universities and quality assurance. The aim of this study was to compare Australian and Iranian monks.Methods: The present descriptive study was performed in 2020 using the Brady comparative training model in the Hamadan university medical science. The latest educational program for the undergraduate course in nursing was received from the official website of the Ministry of Health and Medical Education of Iran and the website of Monash University in Australia. Data were analyzed using fourway adaptive training model in four stages: description, interpretation, proximity and comparison.Results: The results of this study indicate that the use of clinical proficiency tests as well as international clinical evaluation programs is one of the strengths of the Australian Curriculum. A review and comparison of expected job positions for nursing professionals shows that in Australia, in addition to employing nurses in hospitals, they have more specialized perspectives on employing nursing graduates, as well as social nursing such as school nurse, home care nurse or the clinical coordinator nurse has found her place. The establishment of human relations, health care units for the multicultural community, clinical analysis and reasoning is also evident in the Australian Nursing Education Program. Conclusions: Comparison of IranAustralia Nursing Bachelorchr('39')s Degree Program shows that the Australian Educational Curriculum has advantages over Iran. Vertical integration of knowledge and logical connection between the courses offered, placement of courses to empower students in the areas of creative and critical thinking, human relations, working in different communities, as well as conducting interviews to assess communication skills and interest levels of people before Entering nursing is one of the strengths of the Australian curriculum.
