بررسی ارتباط بین رهبری اخلاقی با خودکارآمدی و سلامت عمومی پرستاران

مقدمه: خودکارآمدی و سلامت عمومی از عوامل موثر بر عملکرد پرستاران و ارائه مراقبت بهتر می باشد. رهبران پرستاری نقش برجسته ای در جهت ایجاد محیط و شرایط کاری مناسب دارند که می تواند بر خودکارآمدی و سلامت عمومی پرستاران تاثیرگذار باشد. یکی از رویکردهای رهبری، رهبری اخلاقی است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین ارتباط بین رهبری اخلاقی با خودکارآمدی و سلامت عمومی پرستاران انجام گرفت. روش کار: این مطالعه از نوع توصیفی همبستگی می باشد که در سال 1399 انجام شد. 205 پرستار شاغل در بیمارستانهای خاتم الانبیا و شهید بهشتی استان یزد به روش سرشماری انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها پرسشنامه اطلاعات دموگرافیک، رهبری اخلاقی براون و همکاران، خودکارآمدی شوآرزر و جروسلم و سلامت عمومی گلدبرگ بود. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و استنباطی (ضریب همبستگی پیرسون، آنالیزواریانس یکطرفه و تی تست) در نرم افزار spss نسخه 20 انجام شد.یافته ها: میانگین رهبری اخلاقی از دیدگاه پرستاران 7.72 ±33.80، خودکارآمدی 4.16 ±30.74 و سلامت عمومی 6.68 ±24.02 بود. در بین ابعاد سلامت عمومی، بیشترین میانگین مربوط به اختلال عملکرد اجتماعی و کمترین میانگین مربوط به افسردگی بود. در مورد ابعاد رهبری اخلاقی، میانگین بعد فرد اخلاقی (19.98 ±59.65) و مدیر اخلاقی (21.25 ±59.26) تقریبا یکسان بود. نتایج حاصل از آزمون پیرسون نشان داد بین رهبری اخلاقی و ابعاد آن با خودکارآمدی پرستاران همبستگی مثبت و با اختلال سلامت عمومی همبستگی منفی وجود دارد (0.05>p).نتیجه گیری: با افزایش میزان رهبری اخلاقی در مدیران پرستاری، خودکارآمدی و سلامت عمومی پرستاران ارتقاء می‌یابد. لذا درک بهتر مفاهیم این رویکرد رهبری و به کارگیری آن توسط مدیران پرستاری، موجبات ارتقاء خودکارآمدی و سلامت عمومی پرستاران و به دنبال آن ارائه مراقبت بهتر می‌گردد.

Association between Ethical Leadership with Self-Efficacy and General Health of Nurses

Introduction: Selfefficacy and general health are effective factors on nurseschr('39') performance and providing better care. Nursing leaders have a prominent role in creating a suitable work environment and conditions that can affect the selfefficacy and general health of nurses. One of the leadership approaches is Ethical leadership. The aim of this study was to determine the correlation between ethical leadership with selfefficacy and general health of nurses.Methods: This is a descriptive correlational study that was conducted in 2020. A total of 205 nurses working in Khatam AlAnbia and Shahid Beheshti hospitals in Yazd/Iran were selected by census method. Data collection tools were demographic questionnaire, ethical leadership of Brown et al., Schwarzer Jerusalem selfefficacy, and Goldberg general health. Data analysis was performed using descriptive and inferential statistics (Pearson correlation coefficient, ANOVA, and ttest) in SPSS 20.Results: The average ethical leadership, selfefficacy, and general health from the nurseschr('39') point of view were 33.80 ± 7.72, 30.74 ± 4.16, and 24.02 ± 6.68, respectively. Among the dimensions of general health, the highest mean was related to social dysfunction and the lowest mean was related to depression. Regarding the dimensions of ethical leadership, the average dimension of ethical person (59.65 ± 19.98) and ethical manager (59.26 ± 21.25) were almost the same. The results of Pearson test showed that there is a positive correlation between ethical leadership and its dimensions with nurseschr('39') selfefficacy and a negative correlation with general health disorder (P <0.05).Conclusion: Increasing the level of ethical leadership in nursing managers improves the selfefficacy and general health of nurses. Therefore, a better understanding of the concepts of this leadership approach and its application by nursing managers, promotes the selfefficacy and general health of nurses and subsequently provides better care.
