مقایسه تطبیقی نظام آموزشی مقطع دکتری پرستاری در دانشگاه‌های ایران و تنسی امریکا

مقدمه: ارتقاء کیفیت و پویایی برنامه‌های آموزش عالی پرستاری مستلزم ارزشیابی و بررسی‌های کمی و کیفی مستمر و به‌ کار‌بردن نتایج حاصل از ارزشیابی در عمل است. غفلت از کیفیت آموزش عالی و کارایی دانش آموختگان به ویژه آموزش دکتری یکی از نگرانی های عمده نظام آموزشی سلامت می باشد. لذا این مطالعه با هدف مقایسه تطبیقی نظام آموزشی مقطع دکتری پرستاری ایران و دانشگاه تنسی آمریکا انجام شد.روش کار: این مطالعه توصیفی _تطبیقی در سال 1398 انجام شد. جستجوی اینترنتی، با استفاده از پایگاه های فارسی و انگلیسی صورت پذیرفت. داده های جمع آوری شده با استفاده از الگوی چهار مرحله ای bereday شامل توصیف، تفسیر، همجواری و مقایسه مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.یافته ها: اگرچه از نظر مشخصات و ساختار دوره نقاط مشترکی مشاهده گردید، اما مقایسه نشان داد در دانشگاه تنسی طرح درس ها متناسب با نیازها و مشکلات جامعه است. ادامه تحصیل در مقطع دکتری در گرایش های متفاوتی امکان پذیر می باشد. دانشگاه سه راه را برای ورود به دوره دکتری dnp، bsn ، msn ارائه می دهد. تمرکز اصلی برنامه دکترا تحقیق علمی و توسعه تئوری است. برنامه آموزشی به صورت تمام و قت و نیمه وقت با استفاده ازفنّاوری های پیشرفته آموزشی و آموزش از راه دور و نزدیک ارائه می شود و جذب دانشجو به طور مستقل توسط دانشگاه صورت می پذیرد، در حالی که در ایران این امکان وجود ندارد و این مقطع صرفاً تمام وقت است و پذیرش دانشجو از طریق آزمون انجام می شود. نتیجه گیری: بادر نظر گرفتن اهمیت نقش و وظایف فارغ التحصیلان دوره دکترای پرستاری در توسعه رشته و نیازهای پیچیده و در حال تغییر جامعه، پیشنهاد می گردد، در اهداف، رسالت، محتوای برنامه درسی، رویکرد اجرایی و ارزشیابی این دوره، بازنگری هایی صورت گیرد تا بتوان با تقویت نقاط قوت و رفع نقاط ضعف کوریکولوم های پرستاری، کیفیت آموزش و به تبع آن کیفیت دانش آموختگان دکتری پرستاری را افزایش داد.

Comparative study of nursing doctoral education system in Iran and Tennessee American universities

Introduction: Improving the quality and dynamism of nursing higher education programs requires continuous evaluation and quantitative and qualitative studies and applying the results of evaluation in practice. Neglecting the quality of higher education and the efficiency of graduates, especially doctoral education, is one of the major concerns of the health education system. Therefore, this study was conducted with the aim of comparative comparison of the Iranian nursing education system and the University of Tennessee.Methods: This descriptivecomparative study was conducted in 2019. Internet search was performed using Persian and English databases. The collected data were analyzed using Bereday fourstep model including description, interpretation, proximity and comparison.Results: Although there were similarities in terms of course characteristics and structure, the comparison showed that at the University of Tennessee, lesson plans are tailored to the needs and problems of the community. It is possible to continue studying for a doctorate in different fields. The university offers three ways to enter the doctoral program DNP, BSN, MSN. The main focus of the PhD program is scientific research and theory development. The curriculum is offered fulltime and parttime using advanced educational technologies and distance and close education, and student recruitment is done independently by the university, while in Iran this It is not possible and this course is only full time and student admission is done through an exam.Conclusion: Considering the importance of the role and duties of nursing PhD graduates in the development of the field and the complex and changing needs of society, it is suggested that the objectives, mission, content of the curriculum, executive approach and evaluation of this course be reviewed so that By strengthening the strengths and eliminating the weaknesses of nursing curricula, it increased the quality of education and, consequently, the quality of nursing doctoral graduates.
