مقایسه برنامه درسی دوره کارشناسی رشته پرستاری در ایران و جهان: یک مطالعه مرور روایتی

مقدمه: آموزش عالی تاثیر شگرف و به سزایی در گسترش همه جانبه و پایدار کشورها و در تربیت و پرورش نیروی انسانی شایسته دارد. ارزشیابی و آگاه شدن از وضعیت برنامه درسی شرایطی را مهیا می کند تا موارد قوت، ضعف، مشکلات و نیازهای جدید برنامه مشخص و اطلاعاتی را جهت بهبود یافتن آن فراهم نماید. با توجه به پژوهش های انجام شده در خصوص مقایسه ساختار برنامه کارشناسی پرستاری ایران با سایر کشورها، این پژوهش با هدف مرور مطالعاتی انجام خواهد شد که مقایسه تطبیقی برنامه درسی کارشناسی پرستاری ایران و سایر کالج دانشگاه های جهان انجام داده اند.روش کار: در این پژوهش مروری روایتی، با استفاده از کلمات کلیدی مرتبط با کارشناسی پرستاری (bachelor of nursing)، برنامه درسی (curriculum)، کارشناسی (bachelorchr('39')s degree)، ایران (iran)، مقایسه تطبیقی (comparative study)، سایر کشورها (other (country، طی سال های 2010 تا 2020 از نوع تحقیق توصیفی مروری بر اساس روش مرور روایتی در پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی علمی معتبر science direct،pubmed ، web of science،scopus ، scholar google، iranmedex، sid و magiran جستجو شد. مطالعات انجام شده به روش مقایسه ای تطبیقی با استفاده از الگوی بردی به عنوان معیار ورود به مطالعه در نظر گرفته شدند. نامه‌های تحریریه، مطالعات مروری، پژوهش‌های با نحوه اجرای نامشخص، مقالاتی که متن کامل آن‌ها در دسترس نبودند و چکیده مقالات کنگره‌ها، از مطالعه حذف گردید. بنابراین تعداد 15 مطالعه مرتبط از میان 16300 مطالعه شامل کشورهای ترکیه، اردن، چین، کره جنوبی، سنگاپور، ژاپن، مالزی، هند، لبنان، امارت متحده عربی، انگلستان و اسکاتلند، آمریکا، کانادا و استرالیا انتخاب شدند.یافته ها: یافته های این مطالعه نشان داد تقویت ارتباطات انسانی، آموزش براساس استانداردهای جهانی، بهره مندی از نظریه های پرستاری، به کارگیری دانش مبتنی بر شواهد و تاکید بر حوزه تحقیقات، استفاده از راهبردهای جدید دیجیتال و روش های شبیه سازی در آموزش، تبیین دیدگاه های تخصصی در پرستاری، بهبود مدیریت پرستاری جهت رشد و تعالی ارزش های حرفه ای می تواند زمینه ساز ارتقاء حرفه پرستاری و به تبع بهبود نقش پرستاران در ارتقاء کیفیت خدمات پرستاری در عرصه های مختلف در سطح جامعه و دستیابی به کیفیت زندگی بهتر مددجویان باشد.نتیجه گیری: اگر چه براساس بررسی انجام شده طبق مدل بردی برنامه آموزش کارشناسی پرستاری ایران در مقایسه با سایر کشورهای جهان از جایگاه نسبتا مطلوب برخوردار است، اما بازبینی فلسفه، استراتژی های آموزشی و سیاستگذاری ها در نظام سلامت کشور، جهت رفع نقاط ضعف باید مورد بازبینی قرار گیرد تا بتوان با برطرف نمودن مشکلات به برآورده نمودن نیازهای جامعه با حداکثر بهره وری و کارآیی پرستاران دست یافت.

Comparison of the undergraduate nursing curriculum in Iran and the world: A narrative review study

Introduction: Teaching has a great impact on the comprehensive and sustainable development of countries and in educating and training human resources. Evaluation the status of the curriculum provides the conditions for the strengths, weaknesses, problems and needs of the new program to provide a clearer set of information for it. According to the researches on comparing the structure of Iran bachelor of nursing program with other countries, this research was done with the aim of reviewing the studies that have made a comparative comparison of Iran bachelor of nursing curriculum and other colleges of universities in the world.Method: The present study is a narrative review study. Keywords related to bachelor of nursing, curriculum, bachelorchr('39')s degree, Iran, comparative study, other countries, during from 2010 to 2020, descriptive review research based on the narrative review method will be searched in the reputable scientific databases Science Direct, PubMed, Web of Science, Scopus, Scholar Google, IranMedex, SID and Magiran.Results: The findings of this study showed the strengthening of human communication, education based on global standards, benefit of nursing theories, application of evidence based knowledge and emphasis on research, use of new digital strategies and simulation methods in education, explanation of perspectives specializing in nursing, improving nursing management for the growth and excellence of professional values can pave the way for the promotion of the nursing profession and consequently improve the role of nurses in improving the quality of nursing services in various fields at the community level and achieving better quality of life for clients. The studies performed by comparative method using Berdy model were considered as inclusion criteria. Editorial letters, review and unspecified implementation studies, articles whose full text was not available, and abstracts of congresses were excluded from the study. Thus, 15 related studies were selected from 16,300 studies including Turkey, Jordan, China, South Korea, Singapore, Japan, Malaysia, India, Lebanon, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, Scotland, United States, Canada and Australia.Conclusion: Although based on a review according to the Brady model Iranchr('39')s nursing education program has a relatively favorable position compared to other countries in the world, but the review of philosophy, educational strategies and policies in the countrychr('39')s health system should be reviewed to address weaknesses so that solving problems to meet the needs of society with maximum productivity and efficiency of nurses.
