رابطه ویژگی خود شفقت ورزی و مراقبت مبتنی بر زیبایی شناسی در پرستاران

مقدمه: ترکیب علم وهنر همراه با زیبایی شناختی از ویژگی های مهم در کیفیت مراقبت پرستاری است. از طرفی خود شفقت ورزی یکی از مولفه‌های مهم سلامت روانی است و می تواند یک منبع قدرتمند و یک اصل برای افزایش کیفیت مراقبت از دیگران بخصوص در ویزگی های مهمی همچون همدلی و مهربانی باشد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی رابطه ویژگی خود شفقت ورزی و مراقبت مبتنی بر زیبایی‌شناسی در پرستاران انجام شد.روش کار: پژوهش حاضر از نوع توصیفی همبستگی و جامعه آماری پژوهش را پرستاران شاغل در مراکز آموزشی درمانی شهر اصفهان تشکیل دادند. در این مطالعه 95 پرستار و285 بیمار به روش در دسترس انتخاب شدند. از پرسشنامه‌های شفقت ورزی به خود و مقیاس زیبایی‌شناسی مراقبت پرستاری استفاده شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها به دو روش توصیفی و استنباطی انجام شد. در سطح استنباطی از ضرایب همبستگی پیرسون واسپیرمن همچنین آزمون کای دو استفاده شد. تحلیل‌ها در سطح خطای 0.05 و با استفاده از نسخه 22 نرم افزار spss انجام شد.یافته ها: میانگین و انحراف معیار میزان خود شفقت ورزی پرستاران 5.70 ± 75.68 و در حد متوسط بود. بیشترین امتیاز در زیر مقیاس مهربانی با خود و کمترین امتیاز مربوط به زیر مقیاس انزواگرایی بود. در این مطالعه مراقبت مبتنی بر زییایی شناسی پرستاران با میانگین و انحراف معیار 26.58 ± 135.74 در حد مطلوب بود. نتایج رابطه معناداری و غیر مستقیم بین زیر مقیاس انزوا گرایی از ویژگی های خود شفقت ورزی با مراقبت پرستاری مبتی بر زیبایی شناسی نشان داد (0.034= p).نتیجه گیری : در این مطالعه پرستاران دارای سطح متوسطی از ویژگی شفقت نسبت به خود بودند و با افزایش ویژگی انزواگرایی پرستاران کیفیت مراقبت مبتنی بر زیبایی شناسی کاهش می یافت. پیشنهاد می شود مسئولین پرستاری به توسعه ویژگی خود شفقت ورزی پرستاران در جهت افزایش کیفیت مراقبت توجه بیشتری کنند.

The relationship self-compassion and aesthetic care in nurses

Introduction: Combining science and art with aesthetic is an important feature in the quality of nursing care. On the other hand, selfcompassion is one of the important components of mental health and can be a powerful source and a principle to increase the quality of caring for others, especially in the main components of kindness and empathy. The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship selfcompassion and aesthetic care in nursesMethods: This descriptivecorrelational study and the statistical population of the study consisted of nurses working in educational and medical centers in Isfahan. In this study, 95 nurses and 285 patients were selected by convenience sampling method. Selfcompassion questionnaires and Esthetics Nursing care Scale were used. Data analysis was performed in two ways: descriptive and inferential. At the inferential level, PearsonSpeirman correlation coefficients and Chisquare test were used. Analyzes were performed at an error level of 0.05 using SPSS software version 22.Results: The mean and standard deviation of nurseschr(chr('39')39chr('39')) selfcompassion was 75.68 ± 5.70 and moderate. The highest score was in the selfkindness subscale and the lowest score was in the isolationism subscale. In this study, nurseschr(chr('39')39chr('39')) aesthetic care with a mean and standard deviation of 26.58 ± 135.74 was desirable.The results showed a significant and indirect relationship between the isolationism subscale and aestheticbased nursing care (p = 0.034).Conclusion: In this study, nurses had a moderate level of selfcompassion and with increasing the isolationism of nurses, the quality of aesthetic care decreased. It is suggested that nursing officials pay more attention to the development of nurseschr(chr('39')39chr('39')) self compassionate in order to increase the quality of care.
