ارتباط مزاج با انگیزش تحصیلی در دانشجویان رشته پرستاری و مامایی

مقدمه: تمایلات و انگیزشهای فردی در افراد متفاوت با توجه به مزاجهای گوناگون متفاوت است. لذا این مطالعه با هدف بررسی رابطه مزاج با انگیزش تحصیلی در دانشجویان رشته پرستاری و مامایی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی بوشهر در نیمسال دوم تحصیلی 97-1396 انجام شد. روش کار: این مطالعه توصیفی تحلیلی بر روی 296 دانشجوی رشته های پرستاری و مامایی دانشکده پرستاری و مامایی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی بوشهر در نیمسال دوم سال تحصیلی 97-1396 انجام شد. نمونه گیری به صورت تصادفی طبقه ای انجام شد. داده ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه های مزاج شناسی مجاهدی(1393) و انگیزش پیشرفت تحصیلی والراند(1992) به صورت خود گزارشی جمع آوری و با استفاده از نرم افزار spss ویرایش 22 با ارائه شاخصهای توصیفی روش های آمار توصیفی و آزمون های کایدو در سطح معنی‌داری کمتر از 0.05 مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.یافته ها: از بین 296 دانشجو، 94 نفر(31.8 درصد) دارای مزاج سرد و خشک ، 93 نفر(31.4 درصد) دارای مزاج سرد و تر ، 55 نفر(18.6 درصد) دارای مزاج گرم و تر و 54 نفر(18.2درصد) دارای مزاج گرم وخشک بودند. اکثر دانشجویان(69.33 درصد) از انگیزش تحصیلی خوبی برخوردار بودند. میانگین نمره انگیزش تحصیلی به ترتیب در دانشجویان با مزاج سرد و تر(18.6 ± 124.42)، مزاج سرد و خشک(20.01 ± 114.48)، مزاج گرم و تر(20.11 ±134.84) و مزاج گرم و خشک(20.74 ±137.39) بیانگر تفاوت معنا دار انگیزش تحصیلی دانشجویان با توجه به مزاج های آنان می باشد( 0.001>p) به نحوی که بالاترین انگیزش تحصیلی در دانشجویان با مزاج گرم و خشک و کمترین انگیزش تحصیلی در دانشجویان با مزاج سرد و خشک مشاهده شد. نتیجه گیری: نتایج پژوهش حاضر نشان داد مزاج می تواند نقش تعیین کننده ای در میزان انگیزش تحصیلی فرد داشته باشد. لذا پیشنهاد می گردد با بکارگیری آموزه های طب سنتی و اصلاح مزاج توسط سیاستگزاران عرصه بهداشتی و همچنین متولیان امر آموزش، زمینه ارتقاء سطح انگیزش تحصیلی در دانشجویان فراهم گردد.

Relationship between Temperament and Academic Motivation of Nursing and Midwifery

Introduction: Individual desires and motivations vary from person to person depending on different temperaments. Therefore, this study aimed to investigate the relationship between temperament and academic motivation of nursing and midwifery students of Bushehr University of Medical Sciences in the second semester of 20172018.Methods: This descriptiveanalytical study was performed on 296 nursing and midwifery students of Bushehr University of Medical Sciences in the second semester of the 20172018 academic year. Sampling was done by stratified random sampling. The data were collected by Selfreport and using questionnaires of mojahedi temperament (2014) and vallerand motivation of academic achievement (1992). Data were analyzed by SPSS software version 22, using descriptive statistics and analytical tests as Chisquare at the significance level of less than 0.05. Results: Out of 296 students, 94 people were with cold and dry temperament (31.8%), 93 people were with cold and wet temperament (31.4%), 55 people were with hot and wet temperament (18.6%), 54 people were with hot and dry temperament (18.2%). Most students (69.33%) had good motivation for academic achievement. The mean score of the motivation of academic achievement participant in students with cold and wet temperament was (124.42 ±18.6), cold and dry temperament was(114.48 ±20.01), hot and wet temperament was (124.84 ±20.11), and hot and dry temperament was(137.39 ±20.74) that showed a significant difference between studentschr('39') motivation of academic achievement according to their temperaments(p <0.001), so that the highest academic motivation in students with hot and dry temperaments and the least academic motivation were observed in students with cold and dry temperament.Conclusion: The results of the present study showed that temperament can play a decisive role in a personchr('39')s academic. Therefore, it is suggested that by using the teachings of traditional medicine and temperament correction by health policymakers as well as those in charge of education, the field of improving the level of academic motivation in students should be provided.
