مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری رابطه خودکارآمدی و تعهد تحصیلی با نقش میانجی انگیزه پیشرفت در دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی

مقدمه: تعهد تحصیلی یک عامل مهم در پیش بینی ادامه تحصیل دانشجویان و پیشرفت تحصیلی آن ها می باشد که بر اساس مدل خودتنظیمی قابل تبیین می باشد. بر این اساس مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین رابطه خودکارآمدی و تعهد تحصیلی با نقش میانجی انگیزه پیشرفت در دانشجویان انجام شد. روش کار: روش ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﯽ و از ﻧﻮع ﻣﺪلیﺎﺑﯽ ﻣﻌﺎدﻻت ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎری بود که در سال تحصیلی 99-1389 انجام شد. 300 نفر از دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی رفسنجان به روش نمونه گیری سهمیه ای انتخاب شدند. داده ها با استفاده از مقیاس خودکارآمدی تحصیلی دانشجویان، مقیاس تعهد تحصیلی و پرسشنامه انگیزه پیشرفت گردآوری شدند. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها با نرم افزار spss نسخه 19و smartpls صورت گرفت و برای بررسی نقش میانجی انگیزه پیشرفت در رابطه بین خودکارآمدی و تعهد تحصیلی از مدلیابی معادلات ساختاری استفاده شد.یافته ها: میانگین و انحراف معیار متغیر های تعهد تحصیلی 25.05 ±129.58، خودکارآمدی 26.81 ±118.29 و انگیزه پیشرفت 14.75 ±84.73 به شرح ذکر شده محاسبه شد. ضریب همبستگی پیرسون نشان داد که تعهد تحصیلی با خودکارآمدی (0.0001=p، 0.469=r) و انگیزه پیشرفت (0.0001=p، 0.574=r) همبستگی مثبت و معنی دار داشت. همچنین خودکارآمدی با ضریب مسیر 0.247 با نقش میانجی انگیزه پیشرفت بر تعهد تحصیلی (0.0001=p، 7.727=t) موثر بوده است.نتیجه گیری: یافته ها نشان می دهد که خودکارآمدی به طور مستقیم و با نقش میانجی انگیزه پیشرفت بر میزان تعهد تحصیلی دانشجویان موثر بوده است. پیشنهاد می شود که مراکز آموزش پزشکی جهت افزایش تعهد تحصیلی در دانشجویان به ارتقاء خودکارآمدی و انگیزه پیشرفت در دانشجویان توجه داشته باشند.

Structural Equation Modeling of Relationship between Self-Efficacy and Academic Commitment with the Mediating Role of Achievement Motivation Motivation in Medical University Students

Introduction: Academic commitment is an important factor in predicting studentschr('39') continuing education and academic achievement, which can be explained based on the selfregulatory model. Accordingly, this study was conducted to investigate the relationship between selfefficacy and academic commitment with the mediating role of achievementmotivation in students.Methods: The research method is correlational and types of structural equation modeling that was conducted in the academic year 20102011. 300 students of Rafsanjan University of Medical Sciences were selected by quota sampling method. Data were collected by using the Student Academic SelfEfficacy Scale, the Academic Commitment Scale, and the Achievement Motivation Questionnaire. Data analysis was performed by using SPSS software version 19 and SmartPLS and structural equation modeling was used to investigate the mediating role of achievement motivation in the relationship between selfefficacy and academic commitment.Results: The mean and standard deviation of the variables of academic commitment 129.58 ±25.05, selfefficacy 118.29 ±2681, and achievement motivation 84.73 ±14.75 were calculated as mentioned. Pearson correlation coefficient showed that academic commitment has a positive and significant correlation with selfefficacy (r = 0.469, P = 0.0001(and achievement motivation (r = 0.574, P = 0.0001(. The results also showed that selfefficacy with a path coefficient of 0.247 with the mediating role of achievement motivation ffects on academic commitment (t = 7.727, P = 0.0001(.Conclusions: Findings show that selfefficacy has directly and with the mediating role of achievement motivation has been effective on studentschr('39') academic commitment. It is suggested that medical education centers pay attention to promoting selfefficacy and motivation for achievement in students to increase the academic commitment of students.
