دیدگاه تکنولوژیست‌های جراحی نسبت به صلاحیت بالینی خود در بیمارستان‌های آموزشی-درمانی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مازندران در سال 1397

مقدمه: صلاحیت بالینی یکی از عوامل مهم در حفظ استانداردهای مراقبت، شناسایی نیازهای آموزشی، توانمندی به کار گیری دانش و اطلاعات است. با پیشرفت تکنولوژی و پیدایش روش‌های نوین جراحی لزوم افزایش صلاحیت بالینی تکنولوژیست های اتاق عمل به چشم می‌خورد. هدف از این مطالعه بررسی دیدگاه تکنولوژیست‌های جراحی نسبت به صلاحیت بالینی خود در بیمارستان‌های آموزشیدرمانی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مازندران در سال 1397 می‌باشد.روش کار: در این مطالعه تحلیلی صلاحیت بالینی 97 نفر از تکنولوژیست‌های اتاق عمل بیمارستان‌های آموزشیدرمانی شهر ساری و قائم‌شهر که زیرنظر دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مازندران بودند، به روش تصادفی طبقه اینسبتی بررسی شدند. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات شامل دو بخش مشخصات دموگرافیکی و پرسشنامه صلاحیت بالینی بود. تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات با استفاده از نرم افزار spss ویرایش 22 و بر اساس آماره‌های توصیفی فراوانی، درصد، میانگین و انحراف معیار و آزمون‌های آماری تی مستقل و آنالیز واریانس یک طرفه انجام گرفت.یافته‌ها: میانگین نمره کلی صلاحیت بالینی تکنولوژیستهای جراحی 0.39 ±2.99 و در سطح متوسط بود. بالاترین و پایین‌ترین میانگین و انحراف معیار به ترتیب مربوط به ارزیابی تشخیص و مراقبت از بیمار جراحی (0.55 ±3.48) و عملکرد اخلاقی قانونی(0.32 ±1.95) بود.ارتباط معنی داری بین نوع استخدام و جنسیت با صلاحیت بالینی تکنولوژیست های جراحی مشاهده شد(0.05> p).نتیجه گیری: سطح صلاحیت بالینی تکنولوژیست‌های جراحی مراکز آموزشیدرمانی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مازندران در سطح متوسط قرار داشت. لزوم برنامه‌ریزی جهت انجام تحقیقات و به کار بردن نتایج آن در بالین و پرورش روحیه تحقیق و تفحص در تکنولوژیست‌ها و همچنین ارائه آموزش‌های مداوم توصیه می‌شود. علاوه بر این به نظر می‌رسد آگاهی دست اندرکاران آموزش دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی از سطح صلاحیت بالینی افراد شاغل در مراکز آموزشی، درمانی اطلاعات ارزشمندی برای طراحی برنامه‌های آموزش اثر بخش و در نهایت، ارتقای کیفیت خدمات بهداشتی درمانی فراهم می‌سازد.

Viewpoints of Surgical Technologists about Their Clinical Competence in Medical-Educational Hospitals of Mazandaran University of Medical Sciences in 2018

Introduction: Clinical competence is one of the most important factors in maintaining standards of care, identifying educational needs, knowledge level, and professional development of surgical technologists. Due to advances in surgical technology, there is a need to increase the clinical competence of operating room technologies. This study aimed to evaluate the Viewpoints of surgical technologists about their clinical competence in medicaleducational hospitals of Mazandaran University of Medical Sciences in 2018.Methods: In this analytical study, the clinical competence of 97 operating room technologists of Sari and Ghaemshahr medicaleducational hospitals supervised by Mazandaran University of Medical Sciences was investigated. Data were collected using two sections: demographic characteristics and Arab Khazaee et al. (1997) clinical competence questionnaire in 45 questions and six dimensions. A questionnaire was used to assess clinical competence. Data analysis was performed by SPSS software version 22 based on descriptive statistics, percentage, mean and standard deviation and independent ttest and oneway ANOVA.Results: Operating room technologists reported their level of competence as average with a mean overall score of 2.99 plusmn; 0.39. The highest and the lowest mean and standard deviation were related to the evaluation of diagnosis and care of the surgical patient (3.0 plusmn; 48.55) and legal, ethical functioning (1.0 plusmn; 95.32), respectively. There was a significant relationship between the type of employment and gender with the clinical competence of surgical technologists (P < 0.05).Conclusions: The level of clinical competence of surgical technologists in the medicaleducational centers of Mazandaran University of Medical Sciences was moderate. The need to plan for research and applying its results in clinical practice and fostering the spirit of research and inquiry in technologists is recommended as well as the provision of continuing education. In addition, it seems that awareness of medical university education practitioners about the level of clinical competence of those working in medicaleducational centers provides valuable information for designing effective education programs and, ultimately, improving the quality of healthmedical services.
