تاثیر رفلکسولوژی پا برشدت سردرد ناشی از تزریق داروی نیتروگلیسیرین: یک کارآزمایی بالینی تصادفی شده کنترل‌دار

مقدمه: انفوزیون نیتروگلیسیرین، اغلب سبب ایجاد عارضه جانبی سردرد بیماران می شود. لذا از روشهای مختلفی جهت تسکین آن استفاده می گردد. رفلکسولوژی پا سبب کاهش درد می شود. این مطالعه با هدف تعیین تاثیر رفلکسولوژی پا بر شدت سردرد ناشی از انفوزیون نیتروگلیسیرین انجام شد.روش کار: در این کارآزمایی بالینی تصادفی 60 بیمار زن مبتلا به بیماری قلبی که تحت انفوزیون نیتروگلیسیرین بودند؛ پس از نمونه گیری به روش در دسترس، به صورت تخصیص تصادفی به دو گروه 30 نفری آزمون و کنترل تقسیم شدند. در گروه آزمون، رفلکسولوژی پا طبق روش اینگهام در هردو پا به مدت 10 دقیقه (5 دقیقه برای هر پا) انجام شد. در گروه پلاسبو فقط لمس سطحی داده شد. با فاصله 15 دقیقه بعد از اولین مداخله، مجدداً مداخله دوم به مدت 10 دقیقه (5 دقیقه برای هر پا به صورت جداگانه) انجام شد. درد 3 بار (قبل از مداخله و پس از هر بار مداخله) توسط پرستاری که از تخصیص نمونه ها در گروه ها اطلاعی نداشت ثبت شد. جهت جمع آوری داده ها از اطلاعات جمعیت شناختی و مقیاس سنجش درد استفاده شد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از آماره تی مستقل، کای اسکوئر و آزمون آنالیز واریانس یکطرفه داده ها با استفاده از 21 spss انجام گردید.یافته ها: شدت درد قبل از مداخله بین گروهها تفاوت معناداری وجود نداشت (0.88>p)، اما بعد از مداخله بین دو گروه گروه آزمون و کنترل تفاوت معناداری داشت (0.001>p). رفلکسولوژی پا بر کاهش سردرد تاثیر متوسط داشت.نتیجه گیری: اجرای رفلکسولوژی پا در کاهش سردرد بیماران دریافت کننده انفوزیون نیتروگلیسیرین از نظر عملی امکانپذیر و با بهبود آن همراه است.

Effect of Foot Reflexology on Headache due to Ntroglycerin Injection: A Randomized Controlled Clinical Trial

Introduction: Infusion of nitroglycerin often causes side effects including headache in patients. Therefore, various methods are used for patients rsquo; relief of headache. Foot reflexology can reduce patients rsquo; pain and suffering. The aim of this study was to examine the effect of foot reflexology on the severity of headache caused by the infusion of nitroglycerin.Methods: In this randomized tripleblind clinical trial, 60 cardiac female patients undergoing nitroglycerine infusion after sampling by convenience method, randomly selected and assigned by random allocation method to 30 patients either the control or intervention groups were divided into intervention and control groups. In the intervention group, foot reflexology was performed in both legs for 10 minutes (5 minutes for each leg) according to the Ingham method. Only a superficial touch was provided to the patients in the placebo group. At intervals of 15 minutes after the first intervention, the second intervention was repeated for 10 minutes (5 minutes for each foot). Pain was recorded 3 times as before the intervention and after each intervention by nurses who were unaware about the allocation of samples into the groups. Data was collected using the demographic information and pain scale. Descriptive and inferential statistics were used for data analysis using SPSS v.21 software.Results: No statistically significant differences in the severity of pain before the intervention were found between the groups (P<0.88), but a statistically significant difference between the two groups after the intervention were found (P<0.001), as foot reflexology had a medium effect was found on headache.Conclusions: Foot reflexology for reduction of headache in patients receiving nitroglycerin infusion was feasible and associated with improvement or modification of patients' pain.
