ارزیابی اثربخشی آموزش پرستار به بیمار در بیماران بیمارستان های آموزشی شهر بیرجند

مقدمه: آموزش به بیمار از جنبه های اساسی مراقبت از بیمار و یک ضرورت در سیستم بهداشتی و درمانی است. این آموزش ها با هدف کمک به فرد جهت بهبود زندگی، رسیدن به حداکثر رشد جسمی روانی و تقویت اعتماد به نفس انجام می گیرد. این مطالعه با هدف ارزیابی اثربخشی آموزش پرستار به بیمار در بیماران بیمارستان های آموزشی شهر بیرجند در سال 1396انجام شد.روش کار: در این مطالعه توصیفی تحلیلی، 303 نفر از بیماران بستری در بیمارستان ولیعصر (عج) و بیمارستان امام رضا (ع) شهر بیرجند که معیارهای ورود به مطالعه را دارا بودند، به روش نمونه گیری سهمیه ای تصادفی انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده ها شامل فرم مشخصات جمعیت شناختی و پرسشنامه ارزیابی اثربخشی آموزش پرستار به بیمار بود که روایی آن توسط معاونت پرستاری وزارت بهداشت، درمان و آموزش پزشکی و طی نامه ابلاغ شاخص های کشوری کیفیت مراقبت های پرستاری تایید و پایایی با استفاده از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ 0.85 گزارش شده است. داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار آماریspss و آزمون های آماری فریدمن، من ویتنی یو و کروسکال والیس تجزیه و تحلیل شدند.یافته ها: بیشترین میانگین نمره آگاهی مربوط به بعد شناسایی پزشک معالج و پرستار (0.54±2.57) و کمترین میانگین مربوط به بعد سبک زندگی (0.29±0.69) بود. میانگین نمره آگاهی در کل در بیماران مورد مطالعه 3.54 ±14.26 (کمتر از متوسط) به دست آمد و نتیجه آزمون فریدمن نشان داد که میانگین نمره آگاهی در ابعاد شناسایی پزشک معالج و پرستار، شناخت بیماری، داروهای مصرفی، سبک زندگی، خودمراقبتی، پیگیری پس از ترخیص، رضایت از برنامه آموزشی ارائه شده توسط پرستار و نحوه آموزش در بیماران موردمطالعه تفاوت معنی داری دارد (p<0.001).نتیجه گیری: با توجه به نتایج به دست آمده از مطالعه حاضر ضرورت برنامه ریزی مدیران در آموزش اثربخش پرستاران به بیماران و نظارت آنان و ارزیابی اثر بخشی آموزش به بیمار توسط پرستاران پیشنهاد می شود.

Evaluating the efficacy of patient-education by nurses in Birjand-based teaching hospitals in 2017

Introduction: Patient education is one of the fundamental aspects of patient care and is a necessity in the health care system. These trainings are aimed at helping individuals to improve their lives, reach maximum psychophysical development, and strengthen their selfconfidence. The purpose of this research was to evaluate the efficacy of patient education delivered by nurses in the Birjandbased teaching hospitals in 2017.Methods: In this descriptiveanalytical study, 303 eligible patients hospitalized in the Birjandbased Valiasr and Imam Reza hospitals were selected by quota sampling method. The data collection instruments comprised of a demographics form and Nurses rsquo; PatientEducation Assessment Inventory whose validity is confirmed by the Nursing Deputy of Ministry of Health, Care and Medical Education via the notification letter on nationwide indices on nursing care quality. Its reliability is reported as 0.85 using Cronbach rsquo;s alpha coefficient. The data were analyzed by SPSS software using Friedman, MannWhitney, and KruskalWallis tests.Results: The highest mean score of knowledge was related to the identification of the physician and nurse (2. 57 plusmn; 0.54), whereas the lowest belonged to the lifestyle dimension (0.69 plusmn; 0.29). The total score of knowledge in the patients was 14.26 plusmn; 3.54 (below average). The Friedman rsquo;s test showed that the mean scores of knowledge in the identification of the physician and nurse, disease recognition, drug consumption, lifestyle, selfcare, postdischarge followup, satisfaction with the educational program delivered by the nurse, and manner of education were significantly different in the patients under study (p <0.001).Conclusion: According to the results of this study, the necessity of planning of managers in terms of effective nursing education for patients, their supervision, and evaluation of the efficacy of nursing education is suggested.
