Pengaruh Refleksi Personal ke Atas Hubungan di Antara Persepsi Risiko Terhadap Ekspedisi Pendakian Adventur dan Kemahiran Pemikiran Kritis

This study was conducted to identify the intervening role of personal reflection variable on the relationship between perception of risk and critical thinking skills with the background of mountaineering adventure activities in peninsular malaysia. 112 university students were involved in this study. two sets of questionaires were administered on each respondent before and after the expedition they participated in. data obtained have empirically proven that the relationship between perception of risk and critical thinking skills was partially mediated by personal reflection. to conclude, high risk adventure mountaineering activity has been proven to increase critical thinking skills through the mediating role of personal reflection. participants of the expedition should be exposed to the overall objective and subjective risks involved during the expedition and they should be allocated ample opportunities to personally reflect on their experiences.
