بررسی تقسیمات کشوری و عوامل موثر بر آن در دوره ی قاجار تا پایان حکومت ناصری (1313ق.-1210).

تقسیم بندی کشوری که در راستای اداره ی بهتر امور حکومت ها ایجاد می شد؛ در ایران از سابقه طولانی برخوردار است. در دوره ی قاجار نیز برای نظارت بهتر بر امور کشور این تقسیمات وجود داشت؛ ملاک تقسیمات در تمام دوران قاجار یکسان نبود. عواملی چند در این تقسیمات موثر بود. این مقاله برآن که با روش کتابخانه ای و نگارش توصیفی تحلیلی به واکاوی چگونگی تغییرات در تقسیمات کشوری و عوامل موثر بر آن در دوره ی قاجار از ابتدا تا پایان دوره ناصری بپردازد. هدف این پژوهش ترسیم تقسیمات کشوری دوره ی قاجار و تغییر و تحولات آن در این دوره از ابتدا تا پایان دوره ی ناصرالدین شاه است. نتایج حاصل از این بررسی نشان می دهد که در تقسیم بندی ایالات و ولایات در دوره ی قاجار گذشته از وامداری از حکومت های پیشین، عوامل داخلی شامل عوامل طبیعی, انسانی همچنین نظر حکومت مرکزی و میزان وابستگی حکام به شاه و دربار و عوامل خارجی مانند حملات خارجی ، قراردادهای تحمیلی دول بیگانه موجب تغییرات مهمی در تقسیمات کشوری شده است.

a study of the country's divisions and the factors affecting on it in the qajar period to the end of the nasseri rule (1313 ah - 1210 ah)

the division of the country, which was created in order to better manage the affairs of the government, has a long history in iran. during the qajar period, these divisions also existed for better supervision of the affairs of the country; the criteria for the divisions were not the same throughout the qajar period. several factors were effective in these divisions. this article aims to use a library method and descriptive analytical writing to analyze the changes in the country's divisions and the factors affecting them in the qajar period from the beginning to the end of the nasseri period. the aim of this research is to outline the country's divisions of the qajar period and its changes and developments in this period from the beginning to the end of the nasseroddin shah period. the results of this study show that in the division of states and provinces during the qajar period, in addition to borrowing from previous governments, internal factors including natural and human factors, as well as the opinion of the central government and the degree of dependence of the rulers on the shah and the court, and external factors such as foreign attacks and imposed treaties by foreign governments have caused important changes in the country's divisions.
