منطق حاکم بر زیرساختها و ساحات عدالت بر اساس نامه های امامان شیعه

عدالت، آموزه‌ای عقلانی و دینی است که همواره مورد هدفگذاری انبیا و اوصیای الهی و جانشینان پیامبر اسلام(صلی الله علیه آله) بوده‌است. پرداختن به مساله عدالت، برخاسته از مطالبه‌ای معصومانه است که در نامه‌های ائمه علیهم‌السلام مورد اشاره قرار گرفته، هدف و مطالبه جدی ایشان است.مساله مقاله این است که منطق حاکم بر زیرساختها و ساحات عدالت در نامه‌های ائمه علیهم‌السلام چیست؟ منطق حاکم بر زیرساختهای عدالت، مبانی الهیاتی آن از جمله مبنای خداشناختی، انسان شناختی و معرفت‌شناختی آن نیز هدفگذاری عدالت و تلازم آن با مبارزه با فساد است که این سه، منطق عدالت به معنای چرایی و جایگاه آن را پوشش می‌دهند. ساحات عدالت شامل ساحات نفسانی، اخلاقی، سیاسی، اقتصادی و حقوقی است که هرکدام با روشهایی حاصل می‌شوند. عدالت اقتصادی با قاطعیت در حسابرسى بیت المال، پس گرفتن اموال بیت المال، مجازات مفسدان اقتصادی و حذف مُفسد از چرخه کارگزاری حاصل شده و عدالت حقوقی و اخلاقی با تعیین دستورالعملها و عدالت سیاسی با دو راهکار نظارت عملکردی و مبارزه حکومتی با فساد بدست می‌آید و البته راه تحقق عدالت نفسانی، استقرار تقوا در نفس است. این دستورالعملها به همراه منطق حاکم از نامه‌های امامان شیعه(علیهم السلام) استخراج شده و به روش تحلیلی مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است.

justice is a rational and religious doctrine that has always been targeted by the prophets and divine guardians and the successors of the prophet of islam. dealing with the issue of justice originated from the innocent demands that were mentioned in the letters of the imams, it is their goal and serious demand. the issue of the article is, what is the logic governing the infrastructures and areas of justice in the letters of imams? the logic governing the infrastructure of justice, its theological foundations, including its theological, anthropological, and epistemological basis, is the targeting of justice and its association with the fight against corruption, that these three cover the logic of justice in the sense of why and its place. the areas of justice include emotional, moral, political, economic and legal areas, each of which is achieved by different methods. economic justice is achieved by resolutely auditing the treasury, taking back the property of the treasury, punishing the economic corruptors and removing the corrupter from the agency cycle, and legal and moral justice is achieved by determining the guidelines and political justice is achieved by the two strategies of functional monitoring and the government’s fight against corruption and of course, the way to achieve self-righteousness is to establish piety in the self. these instructions along with the ruling logic have been extracted from the letters of shia imams and examined in an analytical way.
