تبیین تاریخی- فقهی «مشروعیتِ تصدیِ مشاغلِ سیاسی توسطِ زنان»

بررسی امکان عهده‌دار شدن منصبی حکومتی و مدیریتی توسط بانوان و امکان تضاد این مسئولیت تضاد این مسئولیت با وظایف و تکالیف شرعی ایشان، یکی از مسائل مورد توجه در حوزه‌های پژوهشی زنان است. در این پژوهش تاریخی- فقهی می‌کوشیم به بررسی مویداتِ مشروعیتِ مناصبِ سیاسیِ زنان در تاریخ اسلام و «فقه معاصر امامیه» بپردازیم. به این منظور، شاهد مثال‌های تاریخی حق مشارکت سیاسی زنان، از قرآن و سنت معصومین استخراج و مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است و سپس مویدات فقهی شیعه امامیه برای تبیین امکان حق مشارکت سیاسی زنان در مشاغل مهم سیاسی به یاری گرفته شده است. داده‌های این پژوهش از بین اسناد و مدارک تاریخی و آیات و روایات، به دست آمده است. یافته‌های پژوهش حاکی از امکان دستیابی به مناصب عالی سیاسی جامعه هم‌چون وزارت یا ریاست جمهوری توسط زنان است و تنها مانع تحقق این امر تاکنون، «عدم مقبولیت» آن و نه «عدم مشروعیت» آن است.

historical-jurisprudential explanationthe legitimacy of holding political jobs by women

investigating the possibility of women assuming governmental and managerial positions and the possibility of this responsibility conflicting with their shariah duties and tasks is one of the issues of interest in women’s research fields. in this historical-jurisprudential research, we try to examine the evidence of the legitimacy of women’s political positions in the history of islam and &contemporary imamiya jurisprudence&. with this aim, the historical examples of women’s right to political participation have been extracted from the qur’an and the sunnah of the innocents, and then the jurisprudence of shia imamia has been used to explain the possibility of women’s right to political participation in important political jobs. the data of this research was obtained from historical documents and verses and traditions. the findings of the research show that it is possible for women to attain high political positions in the society, such as the ministry or the presidency, and the only obstacle to achieving this so far is its &unacceptability& and not its &illegitimacy&.
