بررسی مدیریت شبکه های اجتماعی در فضای سیاسی ایران به عنوان یک مسئلۀ بدخیم

اینترنت به‌مثابۀ یک حوزۀ عمومی، دگرگونی‌های ژرفی در اشکال مشارکت سیاسی ایجاد کرده که صاحب‌نظران از آن تحت عنوان ظهور فرم‌های پست‌مدرن مشارکت سیاسی یاد می‌کنند. بسیاری از مسائل جوامع مدرن در ذیل مسائل بدخیم قرار دارند که در این میان، پیامدهای سیاسی و اجتماعی شبکه‌های مجازی از جمله مسائل پیچیده در هندسۀ جوامع نوین است. حال این موضوع مطرح است که شبکه‌های اجتماعی مجازی به عنوان یک مسئله بدخیم چه تاثیری بر سپهر سیاسی کشور دارد؟ از آنجا که برای رویارویی با مسائل بدخیم، اتخاذ رویکردهای سنتی و اقتدارگرایانه به شکست خواهد انجامید، لذا باید استراتژی‌های دیگری اتخاذ نمود. این نوشته می‌کوشد تاثیرهای چندجانبه شبکه‌های مجازی در فضای سیاسی کشور را مورد بررسی قرار داده و نشان دهد که نحوۀ مدیریت نهادهای دولتی و رسمی کشور باید در چه چارچوبی باشد. تصمیم‌های مبتنی بر مشارکت و تلاش برای فهم عمیق از مقولۀ تکنولوژی، می‌تواند فضای مثبتی را برای ظهور قابلیت‌های نوین جامعه ایران فراهم سازد.

Management of Social Networks in the Political Atmosphere in Iran as a Wicked Problem

The Internet, as a public sphere, has created profound transformations in the forms of political participation that political scientists refer to as the emergence of postmodernist forms of Political participation. Many of the problems of modern societies are characterized by wicked issues, among which the political and social implications of social networks are the complex issues in the context of modern societies. Now, what is the effect of virtual networks as a wicked issue on the political sphere of Iran? Because in order to deal with wicked issues, the adoption of traditional approaches will fail, so other strategies will have to be adopted to deal with such problems. This article examines the multifaceted effects of social networks in the political atmosphere of Iran and shows the framework in which the management of government and official institutions of Iran should be. Decisions based on participation and striving for a deep understanding of technology can provide a positive environment for the emergence of new capabilities of Iranian society.
