پیوند امر پزشکی و امر بین‌المللی: سیاست جهانی در معرض کووید19

شیوع کرونا حوزه های مختلف زندگی بشر را تحت تاثیر قرار داده است. روابط بین‌الملل و سیاست جهانی نیز از این تاثیرات مبرا نیست. هدف اصلی مقاله بررسی پیامدهای شیوع کرونا برای سیاست جهانی با توجه به ارتباط بین امر پزشکی و امر بین المللی است. بنابراین، پرسش اصلی مقاله این است که چه ارتباطی میان امر پزشکی و امر بین المللی در جریان شیوع کرونا ویروس کووید19 وجود دارد؟ در مقام فرضیه می توان گفت که طی دوران شیوع کووید19، امور مذکور به هم پیوند خورده و باعث وضعیت های متناقض نما در حوزه‌های کنشکران، فرایندها و پیامدها شده است. با توجه به گستردگی موضوع و دشواری کاربرد نظریه های سنتی، از نظریه التقاط‌گرایی برای تبیین بحث استفاده شده است. بنابراین، با تکیه بر این نظریه و با استفاده توامان از روش های تبیینی و تمثیلی، فرضیه به آزمون کشیده می شود. به این منظور، ابتدا برای هر یک از حوزه های سه گانه بالا دو نمونه انتخاب شده و در قالب آنها، ارتباط میان امر پزشکی و امر بین المللی مورد بررسی قرار می گیرد. یافته های پژوهش نشان می دهد که علی رغم تحلیل های موجود، کروناویروس باعث تحول اساسی در سیاست جهانی نشده است.

The Linkage between the Medical and the International: World Politics in the Shadow of Covid19

The spread of the corona virus covid19 has affected on different aspects of human life. International relations and world politics has been subjected to these effects, too. Regarding the linkage between the medical and the international affair, the article aims to study the results of the corona outbreak for world politics. Hence, the main question here is how the medical and the international have related during the spread of corona virus covid19. My hypothesis is that during the period, their linkage has led to paradoxical situations on different issues including actors, processes, and results. Given the breadth of the subject and the difficulty of applying traditional theories, eclecticism has been used to explain the argument. Therefore, based on this theory and using both explanatory and allegorical methods, the hypothesis is tested. In this regard, I’ll, first, select two instances for each of abovementioned issues and, then, study the linkage between the medical and the international. Theoretically, I will use an eclecticism. Findings show that covid19 has not left any critical change in world politics.
