مولفه‌های بحران‌زا در روابط اتحادیه اروپا و ایالات‌متحده در دوران ترامپ (2017-2018)

جایگاه روابط فراآتلانتیکی در ساختار اصلی نظام بین‌الملل و نقش این روابط در شکل‌دهی به رویه‌های قدرت از اهمیت بالایی برخوردار است. اهمیت این روابط در جریان جنگ‌های جهانی و پس از جنگ سرد نمود بیشتری پیدا کرده است. دو طیف قدرتی که در ساختارهای نظام بین‌الملل بیشترین میزان هماهنگی را با یکدیگر دارند؛ اما این روابط در دوران ترامپ شکل دیگری به خود گرفته و در برخی از موارد موجب تزلزل شده است. هدف از این پژوهش بررسی مولفه‌های بحران‌زا در روابط یعنی ایالات ‌متحده و اتحادیه اروپا در دوران ترامپ می‌باشد که می‌توان آن‌ها را در توافقنامه پاریس، روابط امنیتی و دفاعی مشترک، مسئله صلح خاورمیانه و برجام بیان کرد. پرسش پژوهش این است که چه مواردی به‌عنوان مولفه‌های بحران‌زا در روابط اتحادیه اروپا و ایالات ‌متحده در دوران ترامپ وجود دارد؟ فرضیه این است که آنچه در سیاست خارجی ترامپ بیشتر نمایان شده است، واگرایی در زمینه‌های مختلف با اتحادیه اروپا می‌باشد که مهم‌ترین مولفه‌های بحران‌زا در سیاست خارجی وی عبارت‌اند از؛ سیاست‌های دفاعی و امنیتی، توافقنامه هسته‌ای، مسئله صلح خاورمیانه و توافقنامه پاریس. روش پژوهش در این مقاله توصیفی تحلیلی است و برای گردآوری اطلاعات نیز عمدتاً از روش کتابخانه‌ای و مطالعه سایت‌ها استفاده ‌شده است.

Crisis Components in EUUS Relations during the Trump (20172018)

The position of transatlantic relations in the structure of the international system and the role of these relations in the processes of power structures is of great importance. The two power spectra that have the greatest degree of coordination in the international system structures, but the relations have taken on a different form during the Tramp era, and in some cases it has been instable. What has been pointed out in this study is the critical components of the relationship between the two sides, the United States and the European Union, during the Tramp era, which can be expressed in the Paris Agreement, the common security and defense ties and the Middle East peace process. Research question: What are the critical components of EUUS relations during the Tramp era? The research hypothesis; what is more apparent in the foreign policy of Trump is a divergence in various fields with the European Union that the most important components of the crisis in its foreign policy; defense and security policies, the nuclear agreement, the Middle East peace deal and the Paris agreement. The research method in this article is descriptiveanalytical and for information gathering, it is mainly used in library and site studies.
