بسترهای فروپاشی گفتمان کهن سلطنت (مطالعه موردی ناکارآمدی دو وقته عدالت و آزادی)

گفتمان کهن سلطنت برای بیش از هزار سال بر عرصه سیاسی ایران استیلا داشت. در این گفتمان شاه ظل‌الله به عنوان دال مرکزی است؛ آزادی جایگاهی ندارد و مفهوم عدالت نیز مبتنی بر شخص شاه است. اما در عصر پیشامشروطه بتدریج ضد گفتمان کهن سلطنت در ایران شکل می‌گیرد. بر این اساس سوال پژوهش این است: چه زمینه‌هایی باعث فروپاشی گفتمان کهن سلطنت (و به طور خاص دال تهی آزادی و دال شناور عدالت) و صورتبندی آنها در قالب گفتمان مشروطه شد؟ این مقاله در پی آن است تا نشان دهد که  بروز بحران و بی‌نظمی عمومی در ایران عصر قاجار از یک طرف و آشنایی ایرانیان با گفتمان مشروطیت در غرب و وقته گفتمانی آن چون عدالت و آزادی، زمینه حاشیه رفتن گفتمان کهن سلطنت و طرد معانی پیشین عدالت و آزادی به حوزه گفتمانگی شد. برای دستیابی به این مهم این مقاله از روش‌شناسی گفتمان لاکلا و موفه بهره می‌برد.

The grounds for the collapse of the classical discourse of the monarchy)Case Study of Inefficiency of Two Moments of Justice and Freedom)

The classical discourse of the monarchy dominated the political arena of Iran for more than a thousand years. In this discourse, the king is a Nodal point, freedom is not a place, and the concept of justice is also based on the king’s personality. But in the pre constitutional era, the antidiscourse of the monarchy is gradually taking shape in Iran. Accordingly, the question to be discussed in this study is: What contributed to the collapse of the classical discourse of monarchy and the formulation of constitutional discourse? This article seeks to show that the general crisis and disorder in Qajar Iran on the one hand and the familiarity of Iranians with the Constitutionalist discourse in the West and the moments of its discourse, such as justice and freedom, the field of marginalization of the classical discourse of monarchy and the rejection of the earlier meanings of justice and caused freedom. To achieve this, this article uses the methodology of the discourses of Laclau and Mouffe.
