مدل‌سازی موانع و راهکارهای افزایش مشارکت سیاسی زنان با تمرکز بر سطح نخبگان

زمینه و هدف: با گسترش تحولات فناورانه و کاهش تمایزات جنسیتی در عرصه‌های اجتماعی، تمایل زنان برای حضور در سطوح مختلف سیاسی افزایش یافته است. با این حال، مشارکت سیاسی زنان به‌ویژه در سطح نخبگان همچنان با موانع متعددی مواجه است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی و مدل‌سازی موانع موثر بر مشارکت سیاسی زنان نخبگان و ارائه راهکارهای ارتقاء این مشارکت انجام شده است.روش: این مطالعه از نوع توصیفی–پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه فعالان حوزه زنان در ایران در سال 1402 بوده و نمونه‌ای به حجم 600 نفر با روش گلوله‌برفی انتخاب شده است. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها، پرسش‌نامه محقق‌ساخته‌ای است که بر پایه مصاحبه‌های کیفی با نخبگان سیاسی زن طراحی شده و داده‌ها با مقیاس لیکرت سنجیده شده‌اند. تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزارهای spss و amosانجام شده است.یافته‌ها: نتایج تحلیل نشان داد که پنج دسته مانع اصلی شامل موانع فرهنگی، اجتماعی، سیاسی، اقتصادی–روانی و فقهی–حقوقی، تاثیر معنادار و معکوسی بر مشارکت سیاسی زنان دارند. به این معنا که با افزایش شدت هر یک از این موانع، میزان مشارکت سیاسی زنان کاهش می‌یابد. برازش مدل ساختاری نیز از هم‌خوانی مطلوب مدل با داده‌های تجربی حکایت دارد.نتیجه‌گیری: موانع چندسطحی و درهم‌تنیده‌ای بر سر راه مشارکت سیاسی زنان در سطح نخبگان وجود دارد. طراحی مدل تحلیلی بر اساس این موانع می‌تواند زمینه‌ساز سیاست‌گذاری‌های موثرتر برای افزایش حضور زنان در عرصه‌های تصمیم‌گیری سیاسی باشد.

modeling obstacles and strategies to enhance women's political participation with a focus on the elite level

background and objective: with the advancement of technological developments and the diminishing gender distinctions in social spheres, women's inclination to participate at various political levels has increased. however, women's political participation, especially among elites, still encounters numerous obstacles. this study aimed to identify and model the key barriers to the political participation of elite women and to propose strategies for enhancing this participation.method: this study is descriptive-survey in nature. the statistical population included all active individuals in the field of women's affairs in iran in 2023, and a sample of 600 people was selected using the snowball sampling method. the data collection tool was a researcher-designed questionnaire based on qualitative interviews with female political elites, and the data were measured using a likert scale. data analysis was conducted using spss and amos software.findings: the analysis results revealed that five main categories of barriers—cultural, social, political, economic-psychological, and jurisprudential-legal—have a significant and negative impact on women's political participation. this indicates that as the intensity of each barrier increases, the level of women's political participation decreases. the fit of the structural model also demonstrated good consistency between the model and the empirical data.conclusion: there are multi-level and interconnected barriers to women's political participation at the elite level. designing an analytical model based on these barriers can facilitate more effective policy-making to enhance women's presence in political decision-making arenas.
