عوامل موثر بر منزلت اجتماعی ادراک شده مددکاران اجتماعی (مورد مطالعه مددکاران شاغل در شهرداری تهران)

زمینه و هدف: عوامل متعددی در منزلت اجتماعی ادراک شده افراد تاثیر دارد که این تحقیق با هدف بررسی عوامل موثر بر منزلت اجتماعی مددکاران اجتماعی شهرداری تهران است. روش شناسی: این تحقیق به با رویکرد کیفی و روش گرندد تئوری ساختارمند اشتراوس و کوربین با جامعه مشارکت کنندگان مددکاران شاغل در مددسراها و گشت اجتماعی 137 انجام شد. حجم نمونه در حد اشباع نظری بود که با 14 نفر که به صورت هدفمند مبتنی بر معیار و گلوله برفی انتخاب شدند به اشباع رسید. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته بود و برای تحلیل داده ها از مفاهیم و زیر مقوله استفاده شد. روایی یافته ها از سه روش اطمینان پذیری، باورپذیری و تایید پذیری صورت گرفت.یافته ها : شرایط علّی تاثیرگذار بر منزلت اجتماعی کارکنان مورد نظر شامل 4 زیر مقوله و55 مفاهیم در موضوع فوق، شرایط زمینه ای تاثیرگذار بر منزلت اجتماعی آنان شامل 8 زیر مقوله و41 مفاهیم و شرایط مداخله‌گر با 54 مفاهیم و 7 زیر مقوله استخراج شدند. استراتژی این کارکنان در مقابل شرایط فوق با 40 مفاهیم و 6 زیر مقوله و پیامد این استراتژی ها با 32 مفاهیم و 6 زیر مقوله بدست امد.نتایج: روایت داستان این الگوی پارادایمی نشان داد که صعوبت شغلی، عدم امنیت شغلی، نظام رشد شغلی معیوب، سر و کار داشتن با افراد آسیب دیده و آسیب‌های اجتماعی، همگی کمک می‌کنند که منزلت اجتماعی این افراد مختل گردد و به فکر فرار از شغل باشند یا دچار فرسودگی شغلی،انزوای اجتماعی و مسخ شخصیت شوند.

factors affecting the perceived social status of social workers(study case of helpers working in tehran municipality)

background and purpose: several factors have an effect on the perceived social status of people, and this research aims to investigate the factors affecting the social status of social workers of tehran municipality.methodology: this research was conducted with a qualitative approach and the grounded theory method of strauss and corbin with the community of participants working in nursing homes and social patrol 137. the sample size was at the limit of theoretical saturation, which reached saturation with 14 people who were selected purposefully based on criteria and snowball. the data collection tool was a semi-structured interview, and open, central and selective coding was used for data analysis. the validity of the findings was done by three methods of reliability, believability and verifiability.findings: causal conditions affecting the social status of the target employees included 4 factors and 55 sentences, background conditions affecting their social status included 8 factors and 41 open codes, and intervening conditions were extracted with 54 items and 7 factors. the strategy of these employees against the above conditions was obtained with 40 items and the consequences of these strategies with 32 items.results: narrating the story of this paradigm model showed that job difficulty, job insecurity, faulty job development system, dealing with injured people and social injuries all help people feel they have a low social status and think of running away. be out of a job or suffer burnout, social isolation and depersonalization.
